Went to eat at this place after landing at the airport, and the service was not proper and the waitress spilled my drink on my food and did not offer a new plate, she did not come by our table again to see if we needed anything else. After we were done eating my wife had to ask the counter for the check and an automatic 18% gratuity fee was on the check. When I was going to pay the rude lady at the register she said the check was already made and I have to pay it otherwise she will call the police. I told her I will pay what was ordered and I will be on my way but she refused saying she will call police for not wanting to pay the 18% gratuity fee. So police came because they called 911 on me. Anyway the police were on my side and I was not obligated to pay the fee.

The food is great, the service is outstanding, and the people there are very nice. Post Covid restaurants can be sadly sketchy! Guaca Maya is not one of them. And somebody else said when you step inside you leave Omaha and enter into a very nice place.

I was just here this past weekend and everything was going okay and we got the buffet. We got chicken and noticed it was still pink and the menudo had such an off smell, overall I would definitely not pick to come here again.
I ordered the carne asada burrito I was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the service was awesome.

My fiance and I went here to eat and everything was great at first. It’s very clean, food tasted good, well decorated, but when our food arrived there was a live bug in my side dish. They were very polite about it and remade both meals and even gave us a slice of cheesecake. That’s not my problem but my problem is that they kept my meal on the check but gave us a 10% discount which was only $1.90. The original price for the meal was $46.91 but with the discount it came out to $45.01. I’m not pleased with having to pay for something that violates the health code not to mention there was gnat flying around us the entire meal.
