I can only imagine this place was good at one time reading past reviews, that is no longer the case. The menu is very limited, when we were there, only one person was working the bar and dining room. There was also almost nobody there on a Friday night no less but the waiter had to spend most of the time at the bar servicing two patrons (I assume higher tips?). Service was slow, the portions small and honestly not great. There are too many other great restaurants in Omaha to return to this one.

One person was working the hotel bar and restaurant on a Saturday night. It wasn't busy, but the service was painfully slow. After waiting 40+ minutes for a burnt ends appetizer ($18) they were mostly inedible. They were served on a chipped plate and we were given plastic silverware to eat. Three drinks and one appetizer was over $60...with plastic silverware. This place has so much potential, but this was super disappointing.

My friend and I sat down and waited about 15-20 minutes before being asked our drink order and then waited another 25 minutes for them to bring them out! We ordered food as soon as we could and then waited a little over an hour for it to come out. My sliders came out first and I completely ate them and was wondering where my friends food was- it came out about 20 minutes AFTER mine. I was completely done eating.

Two eggs, potatoes, and bacon $20. I know eggs are expensive but I basically paid for a whole chicken at that price.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER eat here. Food was terrible and expensive

The drinks are well done. The roof bar has an amazing view and the food is well worth it. Staff was very friendly. A definite recommend.

Had an excellent time at habitat restaurant. It was very empty when I arrived (I chose an earlier dinner time) but filled up a bit as we left.We had very dedicated service since the restaurant was empty.I appreciated the non alcoholic drink options though my only complaint was every drink had lime juice. The server told me she could swap it out for something else after I had ordered two and mentioned it to her. So it seems like the drinks are suggestions that you can modify. They use agave straws which help the environment since they aren't plastic, but don't dissolve on you like the paper ones can.The crispy Brussel sprouts were delicious. I'd still like it a bit crisper but the portion size was very large, enough to serve 4 people. I would recommend the addition of the onions and bacon. The black garlic parpadelle came with shrimp though it doesn't say it on the menu. I was full from Brussel sprouts and my two drinks (I don't eat that much)The salmon was perfectly cooked. The steak was more of a 4 star item. It didn't stand out as much but was still fine. The only issue that we all agreed on was some of the dishes can be very heavy handed with salt.Parking is available on the street. There is a parking garage across the way and the server told me you can park for free on the first floor since they are working on something. It is not validated parking. For more details and to make sure it's still available I would call the restaurant to confirm this.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and cannot say enough about how great the staff (Amber, Adam, Eva and Tyler) were each and every time. Drinks were spot on and food from breakfast to late night dinner was always spot on. The roof top bar has amazing views of the city. Great times and until next time!

My wife and i stayed at the Peregrine Hotel in March 2023 and decided to check this restaurant out since it was conveniently located downstairs. We went to grab breakfast a couple of times and to the bar a couple of times. I highly recommend the pancakes, they are to die for. Everything from the food to the customer service was amazing all throughout the restaurant at all times of the day. Best of all that wasn't crowded.I highly recommend the pancakes, they are to die for! Best I've ever had.

What a disappointment. The food was stock and WAY OVERPRICED. No wonder we were the only ones there. The server was really sweet.

Nice bar with variety of liquors. Bread pudding was decent. We did not eat any main dishes.

Breakfast was good and fresh. Plain coffee was $6 and a small apple juice was $5. I felt those were a little overpriced because coffee was free in the lobby 20 feet away.
