The fries always overcooked to hard they don't change the grease when frying the food I got a burger they didn't make it right my chicken wrap overcooked to hard an taste burnt I told the guy i wanted my chicken wrap made plain means no sauce on it put alot of ranch on my wrap dont like ranch this food isn't cheap an it taste horrible dry they ice machine out of ice I don't know if they need better cooks are a new manager the food sucks I just went tonight around 7pm an something

We ordered two meals with drinks. We were told to wait and we did, a lady came out and only gave us the bag with food. My grandpa who brought us to Hardee’s does not speak English fluently. He asked for the drinks twice politely since he didn’t hear the lady the first time, and she gave us a rude response. I would appreciate if we could get more respect and a better service.

The Mushrooms and Swiss used to be my favorite, but each visit just brings more letdowns. It’s frustrating to see the quality decline, with the sandwich being dry and lacking the generous mushrooms it once had. I remember when it was a messy, flavorful delight, and now it just feels like a shadow of its former self lol

Im.from st.louis and was up in ur area.all summer when I went to hardest I was hoping u guys would.have the.pork chop biscuit.like they had years ago w brothers were working that morning they were both very nice and.polite to.me the one brother said he remembered the.pork.chop.bisquit from years ago it was my favorite there arent.many Hardee's around here anymore I would have to.drive at.least 10 miles i.do.once in a while.i love ur biscuits and gravy and.ur iced cinnamon biscuits. Keep up the good work the.world needs.more nice workers like the 2.men that waited.on me.god bless.p.s.tell ur.corporate office.to.bring back.the.porkchop biscuits. They were the bomb the best.
