How you stop serving chicken after 10:30? Not coming here again thanks. Whether out of chicken or don’t want to clean the grill to make chicken your open til 11, so order the amounts of chicken correctly so you don’t run out or close earlier thanks

This place is disgusting. The employees are wearing dirty clothes that look like they haven't been washed since 1986. The food was old, dry meat with a stale bun and crusty cheese. They clearly don't have basic standards. Some creepy, twitchy employee literally just stared at me while I sat at a table.
Go somewhere else. Like, not in Omaha at all.

Stopped by at 5:30 on a Friday night and 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, and I waited over 10 minutes both times for 3 burgers and a fry. Even after waiting for the order, the fries and burger were cold. So, I don't know what took so long. If I was on a road trip going through town, there is no way I would stop here for a quick burger.

Waited over an hour in the drive thru. Yes, they were short staffed, but an hour?? Nobody coming on the speaker at all? The drive thru was completely ignored to work on door dash orders.

Waited 40 minutes for food which we never got and when we went up to ask, they hadn’t even started. We then asked for a refund as we decided to go elsewhere. The gentlemen working couldn’t get the system to issue a refund, so he called the general manager who then requested to speak with us and was screaming at us that she was in class and couldn’t help us, that this isn’t her problem, she has no way to give us our money back and we would have to get a refund later. She proceeded to go on stating how untrained her staff was and they were not capable of doing the job. We came back 45 minutes later to meet the manager, at the time she said she would be back at the store. She handed me the first portion of the ticket from when we ordered and said she voided the ticket. The manager couldn’t give us any proof she refunded the charge, and it was not showing as a refund on our end. I simply asked for a receipt with a transaction code to reference in case the refund didn’t show up. She again refused and called the cops, stating I was refusing to leave. Out of respect for the sheriff we left still with no refund. So moral of the story, if you want to spend $40 on 2 cheeseburgers, wait 40 minutes to never get food or your money back, this is the place to go.

Can't speak for any other night, but there were only 3 people working and the restaurant was fairly busy for the time. They couldn't keep up with orders and everything took a while. A whole family, who ordered before everyone else never got their food and got refunded. Myself and a few others didn't get our orders correctly. I can't blame the staff for all this, but given this location is right next to the interstate, one would expect more staff members working to be able to keep up with the crowds. All-in-all, was a bit disappointed overall.
