Hardee’s

No greeting when I placed my order - Just a stare. When asking for my receipt after the transaction the cashier yelled “IT’LL BE IN THE BAG” like I was supposed to know that. Sorry for my “inconvenienced question”

Food was cold and the bathroom and feeding area was very dirty. Almost every table was dirty. The bathrooms had shit in the toilets and very unclean.

Had not eaten here in years the grab bag was a great deal medium with to sandwiches frys and a drink for under 8 dollars. The hot ham sandwich kicked butt

For starters, I am currently sitting here and the service has been nothing short of elite. They have checked on us twice now, the food was all correct, hot and good, the lobby is clean (not even dust on the windowsills). This has been the best hardees experience i have had in a Loooooonh time. Hats off!

How do you not have buscuits on a saturday morning when over half the menu and your selling point requires that...poor management and supply ordering...and after waitinf 15 minutes for 2 things the hashbrowns were served uncooked and mostly grease.. worst hardees ever been too!!!

My shake was phenomenal! That's why I went there on Sat 6/22 but the remark the server had in the drive through was less than that! I'll continue to come to Hardee's for my Chocolate Shakes and not Dairy Queen I just will not go to this one! ?

Stopped by here for my fav B & G this morning after trying to stop at the Fremont location (closed cuz someone no showed). These guys were getting slammed but they did a fantastic job, food was great and so was service. Despite being slammed they served with a great attitude and a smile!

Horrible customer service from the employee at the counter. We stopped in last night after traveling through town after a baseball game. We still had a half hour drive home and wanted to not eat in the car. We have had not been to a Hardee's in a while so we decided to go there. We walked in to the counter and were greeted immediately with "we are out of chicken", not "Hi thanks for coming in how can we help you, by the way we are out of chicken" . Ok no problem we do not want chicken, Then we were told "we close in 15 min" we said ok and ordered our food. Another couple was in the lobby as well waiting on there food to be delivered, we got our drinks and sat down. The other couple had the food brought out on trays, then ours was brought over and dropped on the table in a bag, as if to say get out. So we opened the bag and started to eat, knowing we still had 10 min till the lobby closed but keep in mind the store was open till 11pm. As we ate our food, very quickly the same employee was pacing in the lobby staring at all 5 of us, then walks over to all of us at 8:55 and says " What door will you all be leaving?" At 8:58 my son and I walked out the door while my wife was finishing her last few bites, the other couple was finishing as well. He proceeds to stare at my wife and then tells her that "I told you we close in 15 min". Just a very rude person with no customer service skills. We were obviously not keeping any one late as they do not close till 11, and we were clearly hurrying to get through our food. The counter person was such a Jerk in how he acted and treated all of us in the store. He is obviously not meant for much more then washing the dishes and should not be near customers. We were in no way intending on being there for any longer than needed to just finish a very quick meal.
While my food was good and the fries were hot, the roast beef sandwich was so wet the bun was falling apart and my son was not able to even really eat it, he picked out the meet and ate the fries. Obviously we were not in any place to ask them to make him and edible sandwich. My Wife's hot Ham and cheese was cold and not very good, the fries were all hot and good for all 3 meals.
We travel through Elkhorn regularly and hit the restaurants when needed as they are on our way to and from for us. We will certainly not be going back, simply because of how the employee at the counter acted. There were more words exchanged between he and my wife that are not worth mentioning here as I had already walked out of the store.
