Ordered my food and waited over 40 minutes for them to bring it out. Got it cold and yet overcooked at the same time.

Ham and cheese sandwich was awful- bottom bun was soggy. When sandwich was lifted liquid literally dripped out.

The Frisco burger is the closest thing we will get to a Jack in the Box Sourdough Jack.

So I absolutely love coming here never had a problem until just now. My ham sandwich smelt good then I take it out of the wrapper and the bottom bun was so soggy. It was so gross. Then my chicken sandwich was over cooled it did not look like the picture at all. The only good thing we got were the Frisco burgers but those were cold.

Order taker didn’t know what came in my combo..significant other broke 2 forks trying to cut his eggs..he also didn’t like the sausage gravy…but I did.Parking: You have to go around the building to find the parking where the door is…we didn’t know this..a sign would be nice explaining..it looked like the place was closed when we pulled up

Okay - I have never done this before, but I have never had an experience like the one I just had at the Elkhorn Hardee's. It was the most egregious example of bad customer service. First, I placed an online order for four sandwiches, three fries and two beverages. I set the time for pick-up 45 minutes from the time I placed the order; figuring that would be plenty of time to get there from Blair. I actually arrived about 10 minutes early, so when the young lady at the drive-through told me they were still working on my order, I was not surprised. I was asked to pull into a waiting area of the parking lot. I did and proceeded to wait 10 minutes. When my order had still not arrived, I thought that (having worked in fast food) maybe the number of cars in the drive thru was causing a delay. I waited. Over the next 10 minutes, three cars and two interior customers had received their food and departed. This seemed odd. So, I backed up out of the parking space and pulled up to the window (about 10 feet away). I observed the crew putting food into bags and thought "ah, there it is." After filling the bag, though, the young lady took it to yet another car in the drive thru. Confused and a little frustrated, I parked my car and went inside. I stood by the counter until the young lady noticed me and said "Can I help you." I said yes I was hoping to get my food. She said she had looked for my car and didn't see me. I was incredulous. I had been sitting in the designated parking space for 10-15 minutes. I stated such. At this point a young man approached and told me to "calm down". I said I was calm until I was told it was MY fault I hadn't received my food after waiting for a total of over an hour since ordering. The young man said "you want a refund?" and I said no, I wanted my food that I had been waiting on. He told me again to "calm down" and to "show respect". I said I respect adequate customer service and since I had not received that I didn't feel obligated to show respect. The young man again asked if I wanted a refund, and I replied again, no I want my food. He said "oh, you gonna get your food." I said I know, I've already paid $42 and waited an hour, so I know I'm getting my food. The young man then started to become belligerent and squared up across the counter stating that "I'm a 21 year old man." I really didn't care about his age, just that his attitude toward me, telling me to "calm down" and "show respect" was inappropriate and disrespectful. I requested his name and his manager's name. He refused and yelled "what's YOUR name?" The bag of food was set on the counter and the young man told me I had "10 seconds". I asked "10 seconds for what" He replied get out of here you "punk-ass white boy." I was beyond pissed. To have to wait for more than an hour for fast food, to be verbally assaulted and threatened, then have a racial slur thrown at me is completely unacceptable.

Love Hardee's, but have found this location lacks the ability to have a hot meal for its paying customers. Can't day I've ever had a batch of fries that were even Luke warm....Someone would rather wait in an empty lobby and be told they are making new fries than to be given a bag 3 minutes after ordering to walk out and have cold fries......
