We're originally from St. Louis Mo. We were in town for my stepson-sons wedding. This place was suggested and I'm glad. I had the coffee ice cream...the best! Customer service was the best I've dealt with in a long time. The older gentleman was the nicest person ever and the younger guy was great too. I'll be there everytime I visit Omaha!

We wanted to try this place for quite some time, after receiving an email to stop in for a FREE icecream scoop we gave it a shot. Once we got our ice cream and walked up to the register, had our emails out to show the miss, she quickly shut us down and said I’ll charge you for one of the ice creams, I said but we have emails saying it’s free today, she said something about the email went out wrong, well that aint our fault. My nice boyfriend still paid. I’m only leaving this review to have better communication with the emails. We won’t support this business

Came in last night a little before 9:30 with a friend, they close at 10. I didn’t see that they had a whole other side of flavors so when I saw the flavor I was looking for I said I’m sorry can I switch my flavor? He continues to say “Are you kidding me” (hadn’t even scooped any of the ice cream into the cup yet) . I apologized and said I’m sorry I did not see the other side of flavors you guys had. I ordered a shake with Oreos and it might as well have been milk. With a splash of ice cream. It was so runny and barely even cold. Had the shake been right I may have enjoyed it. Want to give this place another chance but the employee was not pleasant at all and I hope he didn’t make the shake like that to be petty. Don’t know if I’ll be back.
