I really wanted to like this, I have Cajun roots. But the crawfish etoufee was just not good. I’ve had it in New Orleans and in my own home and this is just sorry. Why is it sour? It should be buttery and flavorful from the roux. The crawfish was tough probably because it was frozen. The crab and artichoke dip was decent but less artichoke and more crab is needed. At the end of the day it was my fault for expecting fresh seafood and Cajun flavor in Omaha. The service is outstanding though.

We are from Oklahoma and this place is something we gotta visit every time we come here in Omaha. The ambience is very peaceful and cozy. Our server was really pleasant. Food was VERY delicious!! My husband got the shrimp & grits and I got the meatballs. They’re more than we expected!! Really really good. I wish I could give 10 star!

Beware. They close for private parties with no communication until you park and walk to their door and see the sign. Nothing on the website. Nothing on their Instagram, and their online ordering remains active but they will not fulfill the order. I come to Omaha once a year at most and really like their food. Not knowing until now doesn't leave me enough time to go to another area for dinner.

Food via delivery so I really can't judge anything else. Gumbo was 2 cups rice and 1/2 cup gumbo. Doesn't take a Cajun to know that's not right! Red beans and rice - the beans should be cooked to a soft, Mashable consistency creating a thick soup. Not just canned beans dropped on a scoop of rice. It must hurt to know you'd lose a taste test to Popeyes. Corn bread muffins were good!

Ordered take out blackened chicken jambalaya and shrimp and grits. Sides of cornbread and coleslaw. Service and ordering was great. Chicken jambalaya was ultra spicy and hot. I didn't order extra hot. The shrimp and grits was a bit on the spicy side as well. Id expect Cajun cuisine to be spicy but this was pushing it. Collard greens were awesome 👌

Incredible food and great service! The lobster and artichoke is addictive and such a generous portion. They offer extra bread, and we definitely needed it!
The gumbo, shrimp and grits, seasonal cocktails, and surf and turf pasta were all amazing. The atmosphere is great, and it was quiet enough to enjoy conversation. Herbe Sainte is highly recommended!

Food is okay but the price to food ratio and taste was way to small. I ordered a boudin and got like 3 very thinly sliced pieces of sausage and then got their jambalaya which didn't really have much of a taste. All for 35$

I loved this place. It had a great little Happy Hour menu that I found the Artichoke Crab Dip on - it was so good and creamy that j wished i could've eaten more. But I had also ordered the short rib which was also very good, especially the grits under it! I came wait to go back and try more. And can't forget to mention my awesome server - he was fabulous!!
