Big Mama’s Kitchen and Catering is an Omaha staple started by Patricia “Big Mama” Barron after her successful career in telecommunications. What began as a side gig catering company out of Big Mama’s own kitchen has expanded to a legacy being upheld by Big Mama’s family. First time here and WOW! Absolutely delicious. Definitely makes me miss home and our almost southern comfort food! Highly recommend.
