Incredible oven-fried chicken!!!
Big Mama’s Kitchen and Catering is an Omaha staple started by Patricia “Big Mama” Barron after her successful career in telecommunications. What began as a side gig catering company out of Big Mama’s own kitchen has expanded to a legacy being upheld by Big Mama’s family. The cornbread was insanely delicious. The turkey moist and tender. A unique cornbread stuffing that I couldn’t stop eating.
