Was my first time at this location and everything was excellent, like the other locations. Only thing I didn’t care for was the Beer used for my sake tower.
Gave me food poisoning for 3 days. My stomach hurt so bad and I couldn’t eat anything. Even when I tried to eat, it all came back up. Avoid at all costs. They use old fish that smelled off. One of the managers were ungroomed and reeked of body odor. I think I saw someone sneeze on one of the other table’s appetizers before they brought it out. Would not come here again even if they paid me. They’re presentation was nice but the revolting food is what ultimately made me write this review
My favorite place to go! Love the food! Pre-Orders are never done on time and the hostess needs to focus on her customers, not her phone.i watched her text around the corner for 5 min while 3 customers waited to be seated.
Personal favorite local sushi restaurant. Can’t say I have had a bad meal here!
My husband use to cater exclusively, for work, since they opened for about 10 years at the other locations. Wonderful owners and great food. Tonight was the worst server, experience and food. We threw most away. The server TAYLOR was phony, rude, uncaring and walked away every time we were talking with her. She talked loudly and obnoxious at every table she served. Rude about comments and argumentative. Anyway, the egg rolls were extremely small and since they were vegetarian we were shocked they tasted like fish. Maybe cooked in fish oil? The green tea was Luke warm had so many leaves it looked green slime. The satays were mini sized and fried not grilled like most places. The sauce was awful too. My friend ordered a pepper beef ugh! Terrible. Something was terribly off here . It use to be fabulous and servers were great. We mentioned tea and rolls and even asked for a manager. An assistant came over as did Taylor. They didn’t care about our comments. Such a disappointment from a great restaurant at one time. I can’t recommend. Maybe the owners will see this and contact us… they might remember us from long ago.
I have never had bad food at any Asian Restaurant but tonight.
When we went in and told them we had a reservation, we were offered a high top table at the bar. They didn't give us any other option. The food was good and our waiter was great.
Our server was new but he did a great job! Drinks and food came out quickly. We enjoyed the variety of options for all-day happy hour. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed our first visit! We will be back!
We have a good dinner in Valentines. Good atmosphere, good prices and really tasty food. 10/10
I had a date with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day and honestly it was better than we expected, the service was fast and everyone was very friendly; the food was delicious and of good quality, they recommended drinks and we loved them. For the date and how full the place was, they totally knew how to handle it and it was very fast.
Got 2 appetizers delivered at 2 different times, got main order delivered, then next time saw server was given napkins and silverware! Didn't realize had to ask for them right away!!!

We got brought back fairly quickly. However, tables were all turned into two tops and VERY tight together. I couldn't stick an elbow out without touching the table next to me. Server greated us quickly and got our drink order. However, it took awhile to get drinks, and over an hour and 15 minutes to receive our food. At that point we asked for it Togo. It was Valentine's Day but it's not a new holiday and they should have been more prepared given everyone there had to make a reservation. The food felt rushed and lacked some of the flavor I'm used to getting. Although the server was friendly and not her fault. I spent more money and waisted more time to end up just getting my food to go. I'm not sure if I'll be back.
New staff at front desk was overwhelmed but doing her best. Had to sit at high top in bar instead of standard seating in restaurant. Didn't bring the right appetizer but we were hungry so we ate it anyway. None of that is a big deal. Beautiful restaurant and delicious food. Our server Bryan was excellent.
The chair broke as I sat down. I weight 130 pounds it literally broke in half as I sat down. The staff was really nice and making sure I was okay. But they should inspect their chairs more often.
The food was okay. Not great not good just okay.

We went here because Blue doesn't open till noon on Sundays. Their reverse happy hour is more robust and earlier than Blues- I definitely prefer Hiro's. It was not crowded at all, either.
