Its only 5 stars because my girlfriend performed there

Spectacular ABBA weekend. The Symphony and Rajaton were amazing together and the almost packed house both nights showed their approval. We loved it too.

Nebraska's premier concert hall. Parking nearby, but allow extra time if there is a performance the same time at the Orpheum and/or the Steelhouse. Comfortable seating and great acoustics.
Service was slow and inefficient. Salmon and sauce was excellent, but Brussel sprouts were undercooked and not edible (too hard to chew) Bread & butter did not arrive before soup & salad, only when we asked about it. We arrived at 6 (as reservation was made) but did not have time to finish our meal and glass of wine before the 7:30 show.

We really enjoyed Zinc. The customer service from all staff was excellent. Great advice, and speedy service. It was very enjoyable, and the food was a good value for the money. The salad was especially good.

Our dining experience at the Zinc is always very good......most enjoyable in all respects..........this time was no different. Our new server, Olivia, did a wonderful job taking good care of us.
The single biggest benefit to dining at ZINC is when you want to enjoy a meal prior to seeing a show/concert at the Holland Center. On the two occasions we've done just that, our experience has been sufficient enough given the unparalleled convenience of simply walking upstairs to see the show. If I were evaluating ZINC outside of that context, I would be less impressed. I say that, not as a criticism so much as an acknowledgement that ZINC is not a full-service fine dining restaurant. The food has always been well-made and satisfying, but the menu is small and several of the dishes share elements, likely to accommodate for the fact that it doesn't operate on the same scale as a full-size standalone restaurant. The service is similar in that the staff is always friendly and polite, but both times we've had concerns about the speed with which we have been attended to by our waiter. This last time, it seemed like there was only a single waitstaff person for the entire dining room. There were others helping with running food and drinks and clearing tables, but they all looked like they were being asked to do too much. In conclusion, if you are seeing a show at Holland, don't hesitate to grab a table at ZINC for a pre-show meal. They fill that niche quite well. But if you are just looking for some fine dining in downtown Omaha, there are better options.

Enjoyable evening meal and great service But we asked to take home extra food and had the waitress take our plates out into the kitchen to place leftovers in boxes. We were told as has been the routine to pick our leftovers up at the bar after the symphony. We came to the bar and there were no boxes of left overs and no one knew anything about them! Had been good to that point. We've picked up leftovers up at least 2 times before and no problem. Several people were also looking for their leftovers.

First time at the Holland Center ad it was a pleasure. What a beautiful facility and celebrating the OEAA awards was truly memorable!

An amazing show with Brass Transit and Omaha Symphony, xcept for the 70 year old who kept feeling the need to sneak pictures and videos of the entire show while employees stood idly by and said nothing.

My husband and I had a nice experience her before a symphony performance, 6pm reservation and 7:30pm showtime. Service was somewhat slow for us but we finished our meal with time to get to the show. Unfortunately there were several tables (some were even seated before us) that did not get their food before showtime and had to leave hungry and disappointed. Make sure and leave a good cushion of time if you plan to eat here.
