First time ever eating in a Hooters. Won't ever step in another. Never would have thought screaming kids would be an issue in a Hooters. Food was cold, wasnt what was ordered and took 45 minutes. Waitress was kind, but overall terable place to eat! Google wont allow me to give no stars. Oh I also forgot the manager never did show up to address concerns.

Its been a long while since I have visited a hooters...10 years easy. Wings were just as I remember them...small. But, the Daytona beach style sauce is fantastic! Our waitress Destiny was attentive, friendly, and engaging. Good luck with school!

So after what happened in council bluffs I thought I'd give this place a try to see if the service was any better. Nope, still the same old. Talk to me for 30 seconds. Take my order. Deliver food and disappear. Got a picture of a bunch of the waitresses and some dude sitting over at a table socializing by themselves while I was trying to order a drink. Everyone else at the bar was looking around trying to get service too.Another couple of fun things to mention was the manager talking with the waitresses up front where they were doing nothing anyway. And when I tried to pay out they lost my money and tried to say I didn't give them enough. I really can't with these places anymore

I would recommend to go there at least once. My experience was not good. We placed to go order, wings, fries and ranch. It was ready in about 15 minutes. The paper bag was sealed. We came home and found fries and ranch was not there. Half of the wings was without bbq, and it was not good. Later in the evening came back. There were 2 ways for resolution, they will give me fries or they will return money for the order and I pay again for wings, the difference was $7. Did the second. I am sure this was the first and the last time. But it is good to see what left from the empire, they were huge and extremely popular some years ago with their own air fleet. Part of the history.
Wish there was a way to do less then 1 star. Caesar salad was a mix of shredded ice berg and a small amount of wilted romaine, with Caesar dressing and that was it. No parmesan no croutons. Never once were we asked how the food was or if we needed refills on the drinks. 4 staff including the bartender, and there was a manager too. They were all more interested in socializing with 1 table. The table had 3 men and a toddler, the toddler was one of the waitresses child. The men were vaping at the table. 3 other patrons in the whole building and we could not get their attention. We used to stop at this Hooters frequently, doubt we will be back.

The buffalo shrimp was great. The wings were not as good as I remember from years past, but still decent. The service seemed mildly slow for how many people were working.
