Decided to visit again after last post, everyone deserves a second chance. Night and day difference. Bartender and manager checked in and offered small talk besides being busy. Food was on point! Service was too!

The experience was pretty bad. 1 hour to get a drink, another hour for food to arrive cold, and another hour for the check. The location needs a leadership presence, more customers should not receive a table when existing customers are not being taken care of properly. Waitstaff were hosting and serving, quality over quantity will earn the team more tips and repeat business in the end. It’s apparent that losing touch with how to provide service is a top reason why Hooters is having to restructure.

Makayla was awesome, she got my order right away and was very sociable and felt engaged in what she was doing. Definitely a great asset and worth going there.

Went on Sunday during NFL games, looked like there was only 2 "servers" not sure how many in kitchen but they definitely seemed short staffed. Food was good but took quite a while to be ready.

I arrived at a later time with my family, and had quick service with quick drinks arriving. That was all that was quick, unfortunately.
We waited for approximately 2 hours without getting food and our waitress told us she had to help her other tables before us before we could get served.
When my family decided to no longer wait for the food, they demanded we pay as we left and they became incredibly unprofessional.
By the way, if you refuse to pay and leave without getting your order, they will write down your license plates.

Good burgers and wings. Drinks are good too, though I'm not much of a drinker. Fast service and kind folks, both staff and customers. I make it a point to eat here whenever I visit Alamo Drafthouse or Cabelas.

Service and atmosphere were great. Had a few beers, split an order of wings, fries, and quesadillas. The original wings could have used some more flavor but we're still good. In the spirit of "comic book guy" they pepper shaker was empty....minus 1/2 star.
My son and I went today to watch the first half of the Green Bay Packers game. Franky, our server was awesome. She even changed one of the TVs so my son could watch from the other side of the table. Wings were awesome! Beer was cold! LaVista location is the best!!

10/26/2024 We ordered wings and drinks. Isabella was our waitress. We watched as the cooks places our food on the outbound table and announced an order was ready. It sat on that table for almost 10 minutes before I flagged an employee other than our waitress and asked for our food. Isabella sometime later asked if we needed anything. We asked for another beer and refill on tea. The tea came 5 minutes later and we never received the beer. The food was good.
