I opted for the Sichuan medium broth, and it was bursting with authentic flavor and the perfect amount of spice. “4/5 ⭐. Good hotpot at a reasonable, if slightly expensive, price. Okay explanation of how the All-you-can-eat hotpot works, but we had to figure out the sauce station on our own. If anyone is brand new to hot pot, be prepared to ask some questions, but once you get the hang of it, it's a great and delicious experience.“
