Wife and I were celebrating 20 years of marriage. We have been here several times. They took away the drink menu and there is no way to know what the prices are unless you ask. For a whiskey drink of “that old Moses” whiskey it was $23. Ridiculous. They have 4 flavors each flavor has a different price point per bottle. But for a $60 dollar bottle of whiskey, the price was way over charged per drink. They say the reason for removing the drink menu is to have better interaction with the customers but I think it’s to sucker people into extremely expensive overcharged drinks. The bartender (Devon) was really nice and I appreciated his help, I just hate that I can get the same drink anywhere else for 11. Alice and Segrato didn’t charge me that much for basically the same drink. They were at 9-13 each for really good whiskey. I got scammed. The lighting in the booths was way lower than it used to be too. We won’t go back. Heck even the little bar under IKA in benson has better drinks.

The bartender (regular) charged me twice after a large tab. he claims I should have known I paid already.......... enough said. terrible training if this is their practice. Even the manager seemed ok wiht it. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever been through.. I frequent this bar and many others in the area often I will never spend another dollar there.

Ordered a simple drink, and service was extremely slow. Our group was then yelled at to leave immediately if we didn’t have a “craft cocktail” because they only “serve craft cocktails in glass.” Our “craft cocktails” were served to us in plastic cups and we were repeatedly told to leave if we didn’t have a cocktail in a glass even though we had a tab open in this portion of the bar. The bar doesn’t transfer tabs between H&F and Moe & Curly’s. If you want a simple cocktail botched then to be yelled at to leave because it was served to you in a plastic cup, this place is perfect for you…

Nope... never going back. This is supposed to be a speakeasy, so the "This section is reserved" sign indicated to us, "if you know what you're doing, this is the right place." In KC, this would tell you that you have arrived where you are wanting to be. Not here. The bartender asked if we were in the private party. No. Then some guy presented himself and admonished us with, "this is a private party, as noted by the sign you moved to get back here." We moved no sign. We just popped in to see if we were welcome.Not worth your time given the absolutely horrible attitude of the management.

Had an excellent experience here last night! Bartender was on point helping our large birthday group. Very cool ambiance, fun seating for enjoying your cocktail and fun entertainment watching the bartender do her thing!

Lots of fun. Speakeasy style. Bartender was great ..tried new drinks great atmosphere. Fun little hidden place. Would have given 5 starts except for the guy who came in a lit massive amounts of incense and basically drove everyone who was there to leave.
