We had dinner there tonight forgot our wallet called and asked if they could look, tried to give the person who answered the phone my number so they could call me back she said It was on their phone, I drove back because we knew the wallet was there, they never called back the wallet was thrown on the ground outside with no cards or money. Tried to get their attention to come to the door, completely ignored us tried calling back multiple times and never answered. The integrity of the people working there is horrible I do not recommend to go there.

So I went for an interview, which went so well I decided to get food afterwards! The concept of the restaurant actually blew my mind like in the best way! I actually have never heard of or been to HuHot, so finding out in interview that the buffet was all RAW was completely unexpected but very intriguing! You can create your own meal and have it cooked right in front of you! How cool is that?!?!?
Personally I don’t usually eat at buffets because it gives “picked over by strangers” vibes! But the concept of HUHOT makes the most sense for a buffet in my opinion solely because you can choose your food and then have the food cooked right there!!!!!!
Which translates in my mind to cooking away any “picked over germs left behind”!
Anyways y’all, my food was 🔥 literally hot 🥵 just how I wanted it! 🙃 It was very good!
I got my food Togo but I wish I would have stayed and kept going back and creating more meals for myself!!!
I have to bring my son one day!!!
Also, it was very affordable allowing me to tip decently!

Ok this place is very hard yo rate. If the food isn't really great it's kinda on you. You might not mix it right oils pepper sauce lots of stuff that can definitely be on you. I haven't been here since before covid and I'm kinda sure my food might have been my fault. The food they offered to eat look fresh and I totally have no issues with what was offered to pick from. Our waitress was very nice plenty of need anything? Definitely right on top of our needs. So in closing please try it and pay more attention to how they try to give you ways to improve your lunch.

Visited mid week for dinner. Nice variety of foods (beef, pork, sausage, seafood, tofu, veggies), fantastic service from people who appeared to enjoy working there. Perfect options for people with specific ways of eating, but if food allergies are a concern, I would caution against it for likely cross contamination on the grill.

From the moment my little family walked through the door, we knew we were going to have a good experience. Our server, Ezra, was absolutely hands down amazing! From how he interacted and played with our 3 year old son to how knowledgeable and helpful he was getting drinks and helping decide our dessert options, he was an 11 out of 10. The manager who was working took his time to make sure he greeted every single person who came in the door and also stopped at the table to make sure things were going well. We will definitely be returning!
