We went on a Thursday evening and ordered 2 adult meals, with 1 kid meal. The total price was a little over $40. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. Definitely put enough sauce in the bowl to ensure you get flavor. The chicken, sausage, pineapple, water chesternuts, tomatoes, and teriyaki sauce were all good. In addition, it's all you can eat.\n

So I went for an interview, which went so well I decided to get food afterwards! The concept of the restaurant actually blew my mind like in the best way!
I actually have never heard of or been to HuHot, so finding out in interview that the buffet was all RAW was completely unexpected but very intriguing! You can create your own meal and have it cooked right in front of you! How cool is that?!?!?

Decent selection, bowls are kinda way smaller than they should be to gather the ingredients, and they don't add a base starch (like rice or something), not necessarily bad just not what I'm accustomed to. Overall pretty good Mongolian style joint
