I am a regular here for the last 7 years come at least once a week most of the time more. I have never thought about making a review until tonight. service and food is always amazing but my review is all about the lazy manager I saw tonight. He just stood in the corner waiting while the cook struggled to make everyone’s food and he just had a look like he had no clue what to do. This manage I have never seen before today and again have been coming for over six years he always had rude remarks to employees and then when someone finally came to help this poor cook the manager just walked away and sat in a booth doing absolutely nothing. Huhot needs to fix this horrible look and clearly the employees were struggling on a busy night. If you have more than one manager he has a beard and was wearing a maroon huhot polo on 11-8 at 6 o clock at night

Not happy. My sister, her two kids and I went last night around 7 pm. The waiter we had was very sweet but when we went to get food we noticed the grill was definitely not hot enough which caused them to have raw chicken. We should have known when the food was barely hot comming off the grill but we were hungry and distracted with a 7 year old and 4 year old. Both her and the kids ended up with food poisoning. (I didn't have meat) we will not be returning to this restraunt rather drive to a different location. Only good thing was the dessert I got which was the cookie dough things.

We go to this place about once a week. Staff is friendly and food is good. We bring our kids and one day we left our wallet there by accident amongst the chaos. We went back to grab our wallet a day later. The waitress said she 100% gave the wallet to the manager. When we tried talking to the manager, he wouldn’t give us or the staff the time of day. He then talked to my husband for a minute, where he denied everything and said the staff never told him about the wallet (obviously a lie). We will not be returning, and did file a police report. I hope the owner takes responsibility and does the right thing by giving this manager what he deserves..

Huhot has pretty good food pretty much regardless of where go because you can make yourself, but this location sticks out because the staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. 10/10 service

Every location seems to be a little different but all locations are delicious and an experience you should try. You make you food how you want it and they cook it for you. The staff is great and the place is relaxing.

I have a seafood allergy, and I have informed the establishment of this on multiple occasions. The Joplin location took the necessary precautions by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing a specific section of the grill to prepare my food. This one However, they same scraper and scrubber used for general cleaning were employed in this process.

This is the comeback of the 2008 era. Back when the world brighter and the huhot was hotter. Seriously though this is the best location in the town. Friendly staff. Cooks who genuinely enjoy their craft. With a management that trusts their staff.
