Chairs of the booth were ratty, waitress basically came up and said, "order?" and continued to utter one or two word questions and statements. Food was fresh.

It's one of my favorite places to go with my best friend. The food has yet to disappoint and the service is awesome!

Ordered on Christmas day and they were off of the walls busy. They were running around nonstop, and although they were behind on orders it was definitely not because of them. The teriyaki chicken is a sweeter teriyaki, and if you like that it's fantastic!

Been going to Hunan Fusion since I was in elementary school when it was house of hunan before the new ownership. When they changed to Hunan fusion prices went up but the food was still good. We eat here maybe 1 time a month and within the last year service, and food quality has taken a steep, steep nose dive. To start the recipes seemed to have changed. You can taste sesame oil in almost every dish and smell it before you open your food. The recipes on the website say different ingredients then what you receive in your meal. The people who answer the phone when you call to place orders, do not know the menu or what's in the meals. The last 3 times we have ordered, there has been some kind of mistake. Usually they forget an order of rice, forget to make sure the rice is steames rice, or forget a special request like no breading or sauce on the side. The Manager will also try to make excuses to not refund you, saying they are too busy or it will take a long time to process. I would give 1 star but I have loved this place for so long it sucks to see it fail so miserably. I would recommend not ordering take out if you don't want something messed up and if you do, insist on the person taking your order to repeat it all and communicate to the kitchen. Gave this place multiple chances but sadly we won't be going back and will give our business to Golden Bowl in Bellevue and Panda House on 144th and Center

Great food and great value. Our waitress was awesome, too! We had a few appetizers, sushi and firecracker chicken.Kid-friendliness: They give training chopsticks, which was helpful and also fun for the kids.

Hunan Fusion is one of our favorite restaurants in town. The food is delicious and it is comfy for a dine-in experience as well.

Gave this place a third try and the food is just ok not great. The only nice thing was the crab Rangoon but for the hibachi omg I don’t even know what to say very sweet and soggy like why put so much gravy what a waste of my money honestly. Ruined my night this is the last time I come here.Update I got an upset stomach all day the next day from eating this gross hibachi

A wonderful experience. This establishment has gone through a few renovations since covid. Reinventing themselves as necessary. Great job. It's still an unassuming location at the end of a strip, but it's worth a stop. They blend Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine, and they do it well. The orange chicken, triple delight, and Panang curry were very good. The shasimi and egg roll appetizers also very good. Recommend for whichever Asian cuisine you fancy.

The only thing I'm mad about is that we've lived nearby for years and never tried it. The name always threw me for a loop, great food and generous portions!

Midwest Asian food.My sushi roll was good, my Miso soup definitely wasn't the greatest. Unagi Nigiri was decent.I'd be inclined to try other Asian restaurants next time.

Wow!!!! I ordered take out and it was amazing! I had the shrimp fried rice with pineapple and an order of crab rangoon. Every single bite was fabulous! The girl at the front was professional, and when I asked for some extra sweet and sour sauce, she was very pleasant about it. Plenty of leftovers to take to work also! Reccomend 10/10! Great experience all around, thank you!

Personally, they're my new favorite Asian restaurant, hands down (dine-in or curbside). My hubby and I have tried several menu items; and, my current favorite entre is the peanutbutter chicken with fried rice. Yum.
