I had to wait 5 minutes even after ringing the bell for service. Also when I asked what was on top of a cake donut as there was not a sign stating what flavor it was. I was met with a very rude tone from the lady working. I honestly feel like she doesn’t like where she works and doesn’t care about customer service one bit. Especially considering I just wanted to get in and out without problem

They NEVER have any glazed donuts, especially during peak hours! And the same as the other complaints and ratings, they say to order 24 hours in advance! How the hell is it a donut business that never has glazed?! A business will tank when it cannot meet customers demands!

Pretty disappointed this morning. Stopped by to grab a kolache and was told in order to get one I would have to order them 24 hours in advance! It’s crazy to me that they are even listed on the menu without some sort of note of this 24 hour requirement. The staff was friendly, no issues there. Either way, I probably wont be coming back.

Used to love this place but our most recent visit on 12/15/2024 was our last.
Entire place was filthy and the coolers for the milk were filled with literal black mold and spilled milk. I should have taken a picture. It was disgusting.
Our donuts were stale despite getting them at 9:30 AM and frankly, I didn't want to eat them anyway after seeing how dirty everything was.
Sad to see it's gone so far downhill. The mold has to be a health risk. Nasty.

I placed an order for birthday donuts for my son. I spoke with Lindsey who was extremely friendly and helpful. When I picked the donuts up the night before my son’s birthday (at a different Hurts donut location) they were not what I expected. I called Lindsey as I thought maybe there was confusion with the order. She went above and beyond and not only replaced the donuts but had them brought directly to us (and we aren’t located close to the store). When I opened the new box of donuts I cried because I was so overwhelmed with her and her staff doing everything they could to make the situation right and to ensure my kiddo woke up to some amazing personalized donuts.

This is my favorite donut place in Omaha, Iv gotten them with my family, I have brought them into work before I opened (6am) and the donuts hit the spot every time.
