Whoever is working the counter this morning on 2/14 was absolutely terrible to customers this morning. A gal in front of me asked for 4 dozens and she threw a fit like a child. Will not be returning. I left and so did the lady who ordered the 4 dozen.

Men’s bathroom was beyond disgusting, employee was more interested in her phone, stood there for at least 5 minutes before being waited on when I finally asked if she was the one working, trash in lobby was overflowing, tables not clean, didn’t have a lot of their popular donuts, tried a donut in the parking lot, none of them were soft and definitely tasted/felt like they ware a minimum of 2-3 days old, but I guess the birds made out on some donuts 🤷♀️ complete waste of $25. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

Won't be coming back here any time soon. We have always enjoyed Hurts Donuts, but hadn't been in a while. We went today to buy a dozen donuts and took them home to eat. We kept trying to eat a new donut but every one was so dry, like it was 2 days old. $20 spent on old donuts. There was no where to send a comment to the store or company, so I guess it has to go here. Looking through some of the latest reviews it seems that others have complained of the exact same issue and more, but this location of Hurts doesn't seem interested in improving off of negative customer experience.

Very disappointed. I grew up in Nebraska so I am very familiar with Hurts.. however while visiting today our doughnuts were gross. Stale, hard, tasted like they were a day or two old. I went back in & the girl just said “oh no we will check them” We bought a dozen so we tasted a few before throwing them out. I think next time I visit home I will make the drive to Lincoln 😐

I love the location and vibe, but the donuts seemed like they were a day old and not fresh. Really dry, and it peas on the weekend so I feel like they should have been fresh. Probably won’t come back even though there is so much potential with the flavors and they look amazing! I so wish the taste matched :(

Very disappointing visit. There were no doughnuts in the case, barely any selection, and everything was kept in carts instead of being displayed. On top of that, 6 doughnuts and one apple fritter cost $23. Way overpriced for the experience.

Can’t rate hurts donuts on anything but service because I stood at the counter for 2 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter….. I could hear multiple females having a conversation in the back but no one poked their heads up front to see if there were any customers…. The placed smelled amazing and donuts smelled super fresh but I won’t ever know because I couldn’t order any donuts.

I had to wait 5 minutes even after ringing the bell for service. Also when I asked what was on top of a cake donut as there was not a sign stating what flavor it was. I was met with a very rude tone from the lady working. I honestly feel like she doesn’t like where she works and doesn’t care about customer service one bit. Especially considering I just wanted to get in and out without problem
