For breakfast I ordered pancakes, eggs and bacon. Food took a long time to come out. When I did get my food I didn't get any syrup for my pancakes. I went up to the counter to get some. The manager informed me that they didn't have any? He said he would have to pull one off the shelf. He also said I could go into the store and purchase my own. Like what??? 1st off if you have pancakes why don't you have syrup at the ready. 2nd why would you suggest I buy my own? If I buy a burger from McDonald's I don't have to go to Walmart for ketchup. Overall just not what I was expecting from hy vee.

Tonight, I went in to buy a bottle of wine. It was a tough day. Vanessa checked me out in the wine and spirits area, and was so authentic, and caring, and somehow managed (in the 2 minute interaction we had), completely turned my day around. Thank you for employing such caring people.

very rude service today. I asked the cashier to help me locate an item and they said they didn't know. The person helping bag said they had heard of the item but didn't know because they only work in the front of store

The people are friendly and appear hard working. The place is clean. The ads are well marked. I call the Stony Brook HyVee "my HyVee" This is a grocery store with a little sit down deli.
Food was good. Service was slow this time. Waitress was nice.

We were very disappointed in the walls berg's hamburgers, I could not wait to try them and was so disappointed and I think because and I'm reaching for this that maybe they did not have enough wahlburgers sauce on it and they were so small even the bigger one to compare to other places that have hamburgers it was not great and I don't like saying that because I love them all.

I just got a pint of rice noodles from this Hyvee location. (Chinese express) Upon taking a few bites there was a fishy taste along with a very very sweet tasting sauce.
