Ordered through Uber eats, ordered massaman curry and pho and dumplings yellow curry and panang curry. I have never had curry that was more like soup, very watery. The pho tasted strange also. Prob won't go back or order again.

Hit or miss on the portion size but was decent tasting. It was quiet and service was prompt. Vibe is lacking though, no real effort to decorate the place and womens bathroom could used some work. Good gluten and dairy free options!

Hours at the 120th & L St location says they close at 9p but they actually close at 830p. Called at 829p to see if they accept Samsung pay and they failed to mention that kitchen closes at 830 but Google says they close at 9p. Seems like they should update their hours before I waste my hard earned money to drive to them. What a waste of my time and gas.

My wife and I showed up at 8:39 I can and they told us the kitchen was closed even though the website says 9 pm we fldrove all the way here and we're turned down for service. Well they just lost a customer for life and I will tell all my friends about my experience here. That's just horrible customer service.

The pad Thai tasted and smelled like wet dog. The dumplings were probably the best part. The fried pork was like freezer burnt and the pineapple fried rice was obviously from a can. The food was absolutely disgusting I’m not sure how this place is still in business. 100% will never go there again.

I had Door Dash so I didn’t subtract any points for service or atmosphere, but the limes were BROWN. Like almost fully brown limes, not just a spot. Please be sure to serve only fresh, green limes or I will be asking for a refund next time.
Came with my parents to try this place for the first time, the staff was friendly. We ordered our drinks, believe it or not their was a big roach inside my dads Pepsi that ended up in his mouth when he took a drink of it without any straws, when we were walking out we then saw a couple of dead roaches by the front door. So disgusting

Food always disappoints. Their dishes are consistently different (inferior) to same dish at other restaurants. Chicken Pad Thai seems to have an unpleasant bbq pulled pork type thing on it?? Service is good though. Have been approx once a year over the last 8 years and every time it's the same experience, even through name changes and what I thought was ownership change. I have finally decided to stop giving this place another try.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at I Love Pad Thai. One of the items I ordered was the spicy wings, and they were clearly undercooked. The chicken was pink inside, which is a serious food safety issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until after I had eaten some, and I ended up getting sick.
Food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and serving undercooked chicken is unacceptable. I expected much better quality and attention to detail. This experience has made me hesitant to ever return, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others.
