Stopped in on Sunday. The atmosphere was amazing! Everyone yelling and cheering on their football team! The food was awesome! Just a great time!

Couple things, 1st- they charge you already as 20% gratuity so be carefully, you don't want to give double tip, and second the service is fine but don't try to talk to them, they always take it as an insult. Next time I'll post the evidence.

We were one of maybe six total tables in the building, took 20 minutes for anyone to come to the table and greet us. No table looked to be wiped down from the previous patrons. Ordered drinks and food at the same time, drinks took 20 minutes to get to the table. Food took another 30 after that. Chicken philly was awful and on a hot dog bun. I wasn't expecting much, but some how got even less than that. Props to our server Bianca for doing her best with what little help she seemed to be getting.

We always enjoy stopping at the Ice House but tonight was a bit disappointing. As we were there, the wait staff got so loud with each other at times that we couldn't here ourselves talking. Also, I am under the impression that vaping isn't allowed indoors in Omaha but 2 of the servers stood back there vaping where the food come up. The pizza was good, as well as the beer was cold! I just feel that maybe the staff needs to stay aware that they at work, not hanging out in the backyard.
Pizza of the month was incredible! The combination of a little sweet and spicy was absolutely perfect!

Called at 9:50 and asked what time there kitchen was open til. Lady said “let me check” then told me “Kitchen closes at 11” i said “11? cool i’ll be right there. I get there at 10:05 say i’d like a tall Coors and a menu. Girl said Kitchens closed. i said The whole reason I came here was because I just called and you guys said it was open till 11. she said “i’m sorry we closed it up at 10”
what a freaking joke and a waste of my gas and time.

On Monday night 5 friends of mine joined me at your restaurant for dinner. Kelsey was our server and I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed her. She was personable, accomodating, and took great care of all of our needs. I would certainly request her again.
