I stood at the front counter for at least 15 min and no one came over. The cooks looked at me several times and an employee even walked right passed me without saying a word! The place wasn't even busy, it was half empty.. I called the number posted on the wall and the phone didn't even ring. I finally just walked out. This was the 72nd and Ames location. Don't go there.

Food is always delicious however I don't know any other place that takes an hour to cook 2 eggs. Came to pick up order that said ready at 12: literally sat calling for 15 minutes. Went inside and still had to wait. This is not a one time experience. I think the food itself is so good I try every 6 months or so to see if they've improved. Nope!

Milkshake fr tasted like car parts and we got 2 and Jaír in milkshake and in all good and took for ever for 3 people in restaurant and took 1 hour for my toast.

Got seated right away. Were told our server would be right with us. Took 10 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. Another 10 minutes passed before our order was taken. Then, waited almost an hour before a young man came by to tell us they were making our food. Waited another 20 minutes to get food. Manager gave us 20% off for our troubles. Probably won’t return for a while.

Visiting from out of state ordered waffles and both time the waffle was burnt and under cook to the point of falling apart. Customer service isn't the best I'm very disappointed. Definitely wouldn't suggest this location .

Waited over a hour to be served, waitress could not keep our order right, and forgot to finish our drinks, forgot silverware, forgot coffee, was served old bacon, had that old musty smell and pale looking, if they will serve you food like this they won’t bat a eye to serving you food poisoning as well.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We walked in and it smelled so bad like sewage. We got seated and the server seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. Waited a really long time for our food and in the middle of waiting for our food a fight broke out between servers in the middle of the dining room then the whole staff rushed to the office including our server which made our food take even longer seeing as she hadnt even rang our food in yet. This whole experience was awful. Half the staff wasnt wearing masks and those that were were wearing them wrong. I wouldve let but I didnt have time to fo anywhere else.
