....came across this place during a recent visit to Omaha. It's located in downtown and is easy to find. Plenty of parking is available. Does not look too inviting from the outside and the atmosphere inside is not too inviting either. However, the service for takeout is quick. The food is prepared fresh and is delicious. The injera is fresh and the dishes with both lamb and goat meat are very good indeed. Try the sambusas. The mandazi are authentic. Do take the food out.
Best food I’ve eaten in a long time. Love the educational stuff all around, the board games, even the sauces on the table. Would love to come back some day if I’m passing through again.
My first time trying this restaraunt & I had a gyro. It was fabulous! The meat was cooked to perfection & i didnt need an abundance of tzaziki sauce to enjoy it as the seasoning did well on its own
