Very said that the quality seems to have slipped in the last year. We have bought the pecan coffee cake ring for years and years . It was the absolute best and no other brand compared to. Recently I noticed an update to the packaging and design but it was still J Skinner so I bought it .
While not what you’d call moist it certainly wasn’t dry in the past and had a good amount of cinnamon filling inside the coffee cake With plentiful toppings and icing .
Yesterday I bought the ine with the new packaging and it was super dry . Almost no filing so less taste and probably why it’s super dry . Less icing and toppings also . Overall we are very sad as this has been our staple for our household longer than I can remember. :(((

Never been there and don't ever want to there cinnamon rolls suck big time there is none in them, they should be called dough balls. I will not buy that crap again ever in my entire life AMEN

Been delivering here for two years. The receiver never was friendly, but always unloaded fast. Now today was told they no longer have a restroom for drivers. So I guess I'm letting everyone know if you're on your way in stop and use a restroom even if it makes you late. This is not a place that you can just wait till you get there.

The phone service was horrible. Took 4 tries to finally get a human. Customer service was a bad experience when they couldn't solve a product issue. They said they would have quality control contact me but I'm still waiting to hear from them. I'm not happy with this company. Dissatisfied with both products and services.

Raspberry Coffee Cake is the best I’ve ever had! Buying this item in Colorado I was a bit skeptical. I worked in bakery’s for a long time. This item is special. They are not stingy on fillings or toppings! Thanks for baking these items, it is very rare nowadays to find a good raspberry danish.

After reading all those reviews I was canceling the loadBut I went there and checked in with really nice person Dylan I am sorry if I spell his name wrongChecked me in 5 hours early and load 3 hours earlyMay be the change the transport team and would like to come againAnd Dylan is very polite and understands the truckers problem, I hope they will be like that with every trucker
