Usually love Jams brunch but they had a buffet for Easter. Everything was cold, and very pricey. Service was great though!
For years this was my favorite restaurant but sadly it isn't what it used to be. Food was just OK. Definitely not worth the price!
Excellent food and very attentive service. Very consistent. Well worth a visit in groups, a quiet dinner, and celebration.
Jams is a great place that my wife and I enjoy going. Food is good and affordable for a great quick night out.
Came on Valentine's Day, food was cooked perfectly and our server did a great job answering the many questions we had on menu items, first time at the Dodge location was a little smaller but still a great dining experience.
It is a place that is a little loud and can be challenging for seniors to converse in. The food is good and there's always plenty of it !
I’ve been going to Jams for years and have always had a great experience. The food is consistently great and the menu is diverse. The service is a little slow so expect to be there for a bit. Overall it’s a fun environment with great food - enjoy!

I want to like Jams, but I have to be honest; their food is awful. The Midtown location has always been their worst location, but with Legacy closed, I and companions decided to try it again. Big mistake.
The seasonal soup, pumpkin, is sad. Canned pumpkin dressed up a little, with some cranberries, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds thrown on top. Nobody ever told the chef that pumpkin doesn’t have to be sweet, and it’s not exactly novel to turn pumpkin bisque into a soup version of pumpkin pie. What could have been an opportunity to explore pumpkin’s savoury profile just falls flat.
After forgetting to ask for bread my last few visits to Jams, I finally remembered. It was tasteless and absolutely valueless.
Their food in general has too much cilantro in too many things (hey, some people actually can’t eat cilantro!), and after deciding on our main course, we were all disappointed. They’re all too busy, feature a ridiculous mound of tasteless tomatoes (for the prices, I expect tomatoes that taste like tomatoes, and far less of them), enormous mountains of instant mashed potatoes, and other filler food that adds nothing to the experience or the value. The tiny ramekins their sides are served in are just absurd given the price.
It didn’t help that our service was terrible (forgotten flatware, checking back far too frequently, and offering to-go boxes ten minutes after the food was served), but I can’t say I blame our server for not being enthusiastic about working there. I wouldn’t be, either. Probably they have to turn over tables quickly to get tipped well.
Again, I want to like Jams, but they keep preventing me from liking them. Get it together or just close, for crying out loud. I won’t be back to the Midtown location regardless (it’s kind of icky), but earlier Jams had so much promise and it’s depressing to see it crashing like this.

Amazing Sunday brunch experience with the best waiter in Omaha. Let's start by saying these are tasty Bloody Mary's at Jams. The food was excellent. Everything was spot on. The waiter made you feel at home and did everything possible to provide the best experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food and good service. Foodie style meals were delicious. It's a nice venue with an upscale city vibe. The location seemed odd but service provided for nearby hospital must be handy. Prices were average for the quality of American Bistro style food.
