Used to be my favorite but the last two times have just honestly just not been good. Not to mention they took off the crab cake salad and crab cake burger and apparently don't do daily lunch specials any longer. Probably done going here for awhile.

Horrible service . We’ve been here twice and both times we didn’t get waited on . It happened the first time and I thought it was a fluke but went Sunday and sat at the bar and didn’t get waited on again. Too many places to eat in this town to tolerate the non service. I will not go back ever again .

Ordered the cod sandwich asked for the coleslaw on the side not on the sandwich and no tartar sauce. Sandwich came out with coleslaw and tartar sauce on it. I said something they remade it and again put tartar sauce on it. The fish had a good taste was over fried. The bun was nicely toasted.

So many great food choices here I have a hard time making up my mind every time I go. It can get a little loud during peak times; they do have a party room in the back.

When we arrived, we were seated right away. It was about 7pm. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. They came relatively quickly. Then we proceeded to wait….and wait……and wait for our food to come out. At one point the server actually came out and said “I promise your food is coming, do you want more drinks?” NO! I don’t need to spend any more at your establishment than I already am. We have seen tables that have come in after us get their food LONG before us. Eventually, the food came. Didn’t even, the manager came out and apologized and said they had been slammed with to go orders and blah blah blah. I DIDN’T SEE ONE SINGLE TO-GO ORDER GO OUT THE DOOR. It was a BS excuse. We all know that server didn’t put our order in. And they tried to make an excuse. But not only that, they didn’t do A DAMN THING to make it right. No comped drink or dessert, no discount, nothing. Just a bunch of people who wouldn’t say anything or look anyone in the eye. I’m trying to keep my language appropriate here, but I was SO upset. Food was fine, but service and management are HORRIBLE. We will not be back.

Welcoming atmosphere. No waiting on Saturday evening. The food was cooked to perfection and the portions were good-sized.

Cool, industrial atmosphere. I wish they would have leaned into the gastropub vibe a bit more. Beer choices were subpar considering all the great breweries in the area. It's like they want the vibe, but still be mainstream enough to get all audiences. One of those, if you try to please everyone, you please no one situations.
Great menu choices. Combination of unique items and go-to, feel-good foods. However, my Cuban sandwich had dried pork jerky for meat (although there was very little meat, so it was still edible) and my wife may have gotten food poisoning from the crab ragoon flatbread. Really ruined our vacation since she spent her time violently throwing up and worse. About the only thing we saw in Omaha was the inside of the hotel and the urgent care doc. Thanks, Jams. Or whatever bugs were floating in the Omaha air.
Server was brand new, so I don't want to beat on him. It's his training that was an issue and that speaks to management. The place was not busy, but we saw the server maybe three times. Could not catch his eye to refill our drinks even. Had a hard time answering questions about the menu. Then he brought us the wrong check 3 times.
I want to try them again, but it'll be hard to convince my wife.

The food has gone downhill! You haven't been to jams in a few months. We were very disappointed. We had the lettuce wraps which were bland. And I had the fish tacos which were just fried fish in a taco and not a lot of seasoning. The waitress was excellent. But the food was nowhere near what we had been accustomed to a chance. Probably not going back again.

My favorite restaurant in Omaha. The food is always great. Service is always pleasant and helpful.
Bruschetta and Rico's hot turkey are my personal favorites.

Relaxed very comfortable environment. Easy to visit amongst couples, service was very professional and accommodating. Food was great and prices were very fair.
