We made a reservation and were immediately seated. With the Easter rush , things took a bit longer but Cortney took excellent care of us making sure we were doing well and compensated fairly. Jams is one of my favorites in town, and the food is consistently good. Our table enjoyed shrimp and grits, the berry Danish pancake and the breakfast burrito. Thank you!

Dinner was delicious. The vibe was just right. Semi busy but not too busy.

Went to Jams tonight. Haven't been since Covid. Was a favorite of ours for 20 plus years. Husband had meatloaf - potatoes cold - sauce bland. Meatloaf warm. I had burger. Warm at best. Bottom of bun soggy. Condiments wilted. Fries not hot. Ordered bottle of Saldo Zin. Only redeemable event of night. Waitress ok. Should have told her food sub par. $100. Disappointed . Won't go back!

Popped in for Happy Drinks and an early dinner..pretty quiet this time of day and a different crowd. Service quite good, food not quite where it used to be, and the Happy Hour margarita was not great.

Had Gavin the other night when I came in and just very rude. Had an attitude and tone for no reason and seemed like he was arguing with another blonde manager. Food was good but service was mediocre and wouldn’t come

First began by a friend of ours, the restaurant continues to feature excellent salads. The place is a bar with few windows though located centrally. The service was excellent though it can be very busy. I prefer to take out and enjoy the food at home.

Went here for brunch on a Saturday morning and the food and the service was amazing. Our server Jenny was attentive and honestly awesome. She really made our brunch better.

Decided to come in on a busy evening. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing an almost completely full restaurant and bar rail.. but I persisted. After sitting down I was greeting immediately by an amazing bartender named Tarra. Despite all she had on her plate, she greeted me quickly. I immediately felt at home due to her accommodating and jovial personality! She walked me through both the drink and food menu and gave me great recommendations! Despite all her guests she was sure to check in and make sure I was doing alright and never hesitated to help me if I had a question. All together this was a 10/10 year experience and Tarra was a true professional. Great job Jams. Tarra is a great asset to your business and and this was all together an amazing experience. Will be back.

Not as good as the downtown location, but much easier to find parking.A staple of Omaha for creative and chic dining. The menu is solid and somewhat creative, featuring your classic bar food with some twists to keep it fresh but nothing pushing the envelope super far. They have solid brunch lunch and dinner. Decent place to go with coworkers or a date. Has a fancy shien to it but isn't crazy expensive or earth shatteringly amazing. One of the better brunch spots in town. Worth driving a little bit to go to, but not completely unique.

I had the meatloaf. It was delicious. The carrot cake was not carrot cake but rather yellow cake and nuts. Drinks and service were great. I would eat there again and try the coconut chicken.

food is consistently good at this restaurant, but the noise level from the music is unacceptable. I just don't know why restaurants have to have the music so loud. No one can visit, so you just get out of there as fast as you can. probably wouldn't be a problem for a table for two, but for a larger groups forget about it

Mgr Courtney went way, way out of her way on a super busy night to get us comfortable to dine at the bar and made sure we were taken care of as if we had a table. Bartending ladies were super friendly and engaged us (as a new couple) in a personal and fun-loving way.

We had a reservation, and at first the only table they could find was by the door on a cold night. we asked to be moved and after a bit, we were. we had to ask for a wine/drink menu. My husband ordered a diet coke and had to ask several times to get it.
