My friends and I wanted a place ww could sit for hours, have a good lunch and catch up. This was perfect. The half salads are huge, and the staff was excellent. Shout out to Braden(?) Hope i have his name right as he was a fantastic server!

Absolute garbage. The kind of place where you have to specially request salt and pepper shakers for your table, and where they will not leave pitchers of water for larger parties. Trash bland food. Literally the embodiment of the degradation of American culture.

My wife and sister just celebrated a special occasion at this location, what used to be one of their favorites. The coconut chicken salad was terrible. The server dropped the chicken onto the table when serving, and took a very long time to get another piece, which was burned. This was the worst service either of them have had in many years!

Truffle fries were over flavored, could not eat them, tasted like salt and truffle oil. Fried egg on burger was not runny and over cooked. Meatloaf was good recommend, server did not come around much.

First time dining here and while the service and atmosphere were mostly pretty good, the food just was not worth the price. It was unseasoned, lacked flavor and my friend's rice was hard because it wasn't cooked thoroughly. For what they're charging for each dish, you'd expect better. I've had good experiences with breakfast here but dinner was not just something I'd go for again at this restaurant.

Very different place to eat. Food was great as was the service. The lady that served me was outstanding. I would eat here again without question if I have a return trip to Omaha.

I've had mixed experiences at Jams at other locations in Omaha, but we juatnrece try went to the West one for the first time and everything was great. Our server was attentive, food was great and portions are big.

The menu seemed fairly standard, but the execution of it all was great. The New York strip was cooked perfectly and the Mac and cheese was fantastic.

We have dined previously for brunch at the Jams in Old Market and had a great experience - So we had the same expectations visiting this location with my family. The atmosphere is nice, service was okay, but the food was just not good all the way around. Clearly much of what we had was frozen food, and just overall lacked flavor. We left majorly disappointed, especially after our good experience at the other location and other great dining experiences around Omaha.
