The food is solid, and I am fanatical about their black currant iced tea. If you eat in - good luck finding a clean table. They try but the place is steadily busy so getting a cleared off table is a challenge during peak hours.

They do great when we eat in but whenever we order for pick up things are not correct. I also watched as a person came in and tried to get service (went to both registers, not busy at all) and eventually walked out because no one was paying attention.

We went to Jason's Deli tonight for my daughter's birthday. The food as always was very good. The service was fantastic. William the manager is so nice and caring. Everytime we are there, William works hard to make sure we have a great experience.

I ordered a large order for a work event, it arrived early, and it ended up that some items were inadvertently left at the store, HOWEVER I was receiving a call from the restaurant advising me of the issue and that the manager was already on the way with the missing items. All in all, everything was received by the scheduled lunch time and I am impressed with how the restaurant made it right before I was even aware there was an issue. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all.

I don't usually do reviews but I came here and ordered a beef eater and they forgot the au jus. I was pretty upset after I got home and sat down ready to eat and bam no juice argh. The sandwich was perfect just waiting to be dunked in the delicious au jus but NO! I was denied. I called in mad as hell but then I was like let's see what they can do. I told the gentleman they forgot my au jus and he said he can't deliver it and he would comp the meal. I was impressed but I needed that au jus! I asked if I could come back and get it and he said sure! So I drove down there and picked up the juice. When I got home and ate the sandwich it was so delicious! I think the beef eater is way better than the French dip. They gave me a refund and to my surprise they gave me a cookie!! Well played Jason Thank you!!!
