I was in town for work for 3 weeks. This was a nice change from the fast food! For lunch a day, I got the mexican potatoe, it was huge and was pretty good, a little bland. I went back for supper a couple of days later and got the burnt end sandwich again pretty good, but the star of everything was the strawberry cake - that is worth splurging!

We visited again, 5/20/2025, for lunch. Ordered salad bar ‘all you can put’ in large bowl. You can request a second trip of the first bowl is not enough. Nice variety and selection of veggies. We didn’t add protein, however there were eggs and diced bacon.
Con: had to ask to refill salad bar and noodles in salad were slimy and mushy.
Selection of muffins and crackers. Variety of dressings to choose from.
We also ordered a strawberry cake to go - always a favorite!

I have eaten at the Dodge St Deli and they placed more ham and grilled the sandwich a little longer. This Deli did none of those things. It wasa simple ham and swiss cheesed grilled sandwich.

William was the gentleman that waited on us. He wasn't very pleasant. Had to repeat our order twice. He was outside on his phone and smoking a vabe. Came back to get our order to go. He was still on his phone and handed me the order. Did not get a thank you or anything Pretty sad.

3/28/25. Employees were all woman except the guy taking our order and the busser and they were extremely loud messing around speaking spanish and not considerate of thw customers. We both had the salad bar and was just ok. She had italian dressing and i had thousand island and both had no flavor. Vegetables looked old. We finished our salads and went to get the free ice cream and a cockroach crawled out from something on the table left of the ice cream machine so no to that, wont be back. Needs a good cleaning and exterminator.
