I usually love this place, but I'm not very happy that when I went through doordash to get soup, I received no crackers or spoon. How do you expect anyone to eat soup without a spoon? I guess I can drink it since I didn't get crackers 👎 Very disappointed.

Fantastic place to grab a quick and hearty meal. Great sandwiches, huge salad bar and the menu has plenty of options - something for everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful. Portion sizes and prices are decent but it be nice to sub avocado in lieu of meat/cheese on a veggie sandwich instead of paying extra.

The food is solid, and I am fanatical about their black currant iced tea. If you eat in - good luck finding a clean table. They try but the place is steadily busy so getting a cleared off table is a challenge during peak hours.

Had a bowl and the cucumbers were spoiled. The rest of the bowl was very good. The manager contacted me promptly and made it right. Love the healthy selections.

They do great when we eat in but whenever we order for pick up things are not correct. I also watched as a person came in and tried to get service (went to both registers, not busy at all) and eventually walked out because no one was paying attention.

We went to Jason's Deli tonight for my daughter's birthday. The food as always was very good. The service was fantastic. William the manager is so nice and caring. Everytime we are there, William works hard to make sure we have a great experience.
William the manager took our order and he was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I will be back any chance we get. That muffalatta was amazing as well as the fresh enormous salad bar. Thank you for the excellent food, service and dining experience!

I ordered a large order for a work event, it arrived early, and it ended up that some items were inadvertently left at the store, HOWEVER I was receiving a call from the restaurant advising me of the issue and that the manager was already on the way with the missing items. All in all, everything was received by the scheduled lunch time and I am impressed with how the restaurant made it right before I was even aware there was an issue. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all.
