If you follow Kosher, Halal or vegetarian diet steer clear. I ordered a baked potato and asked for them to hold the bacon bits. My potato arrived and there were still several bacon bits on it. The manager stated that the bacon bits are next to the cheese, and the bacon bits get in the cheese, and I should just expect to get some. I don’t know why he thought that explanation was acceptable, but I’m now furious. They did remake it but with a lot of attitude.

Probably one of the worst experiences in over a year. Order a sandwich and baked chips to go...tip $1 for a to go order (ridiculous for a to go order that I drive to pick up, park, and walk in to pick up). Get home to discover Warm chicken salad on a hard dried out bun a small piece of brown lettuce to top it off.
Go back to restaurant and I receive LESS money then I put out!!!....IT COSTED ME TO EVEN GO HERE, EXPERIENCE A SMUG CASHIER, POOR QUALITY FOOD, NOT TO MENTION MY TIME AND GAS TO GET REIMBURSED LESS THEN I INITIALLY PAID OUT !!@ NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible service. I ordered a club and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup, the cashier informed me I could get it cheaper if I combined it with my sandwich, which was great. However, I waited and waited for my food while 3 employees either stood around talking and looking miserable, or worked on mobile orders while I stood there. There were other people with me and they got their food way before me even though I ordered first. My food was ready on the counter the entire time, finally I was given my food. I got to the car and realized I was given a cup and not a bowl! For dinner for someone having dental work done. And, it was potato and not broccoli cheese. I went back in and the girl ARGUED that I got the right thing. Lady, you think I know what I ordered when it's on the receipt? I worked retail and I know it sucks, but this was ridiculous. I even had tipped 20%. It wasn't the cashier's fault, he offered to add the bowl to my sandwich to be a better deal, and he did ring it up correctly as a bowl. But whoever packed the order and the girl arguing about the stupid soup. She should absolutely not be working with customers. This was ridiculous. I was in today 10/10 at 3:32pm, transaction or register number 10035.

Really nice people who actually care about you. The food was so good and came back the next . Salad was fresh and tested like it. The chicken pot pie yummy. I am visiting relatives for a few weeks so I will be back again and again.

I haven't eaten at Jason's deli before and was surprised to be asked to tip via the monitor that serves as the cash register. I was under the impression this is a type of fast food restaurant, and that does not call for a tip. I intend to research this concept. Undecided if I will patronize again.

The salad bar was awesome, I went there just for that. The service was ok. They were busy doing something on the till when I walked up so they ignored me till they were done. I had never been there before so I didn't know how everything worked. They need to explain that you get your tray with the plates farther down and that's what you use for the salad bar.
Vegetarian options: Just the salad bar alone would be good for vegetarians

I got Chicken Alfredo it was pretty bland but also got the chicken noodle soup man was that stuff good. Maybe next time I'll try a sandwich. I'll definitely be back. The energy from front staff was good and eager to assist. Overall it was a good experience.
