Seems like the quality has gone down in the last year or so... Going to have to start checking out carry out order before leaving the store.. We've had issues 3 out of the last 5 times and the managers have not been very helpful.. Today we ordered 2 regular size sandwiches that were nowhere near the same size...

Every time I go in Kenny's super efficient and multitasking. He has great customer service. I was happy to see a manager working hard with their employees instead of just delegating, turns out he's an owner. I used to go to Subway for a sandwich but the atmosphere and service here makes me want to come here instead.

Best sandwich shop in Omaha. Very clean as well. The store was really busy near closing time and come to find out the owner / manager is taking orders, cleaning and cooking. He suggested the hot honey sauce since I usually try buffalo and the sauce and the sandwich were amazing. Will be coming back again!
Walked in, unsure what I wanted and within seconds Kenny was professional, helpful and spot on with helping me get the perfect sandwich. Philly, no onions on rosemary bread. Loved it! The crew is fast and the food is fresh. We need more places like this with awesome staff and reasonable prices...
