This place is really efficient and timely. The owner is really friendly and is extremely professional and polite. Food is always excellent, walk in, pick up, delivery… I’ve never seen a store run so well.
I am from Maine. I grew up eating great subs. Jersey Mike's bread is great, the tuna sub is very good. Actually everything I have had there is good. Fast service, proficient, not stingy on the subs. We get sub there all the time. Thank you Jersey Mikes!!

I walked into this store on 180th and Dodge at 8:30pm, chairs and tables put up, two gentlemen out finishing sweeping up the floors, and was told they could only make a BLT sandwich as the slicer was “broken/down”. The guys working were very rude, did not even want to make a Philly until I started complaining stating that the store is open until 9pm. Once he made my sandwich, did not even ask if I wanted any toppings, just rolled up my sandwich and pushed it across the counter. I’d highly suggest if you want a cold sandwich from this location you show up before 830pm! I however will not ever come to this location again!

The owner at this location fosters a hostile work environment. His solution to handling a report regarding inappropriate behavior by staff members(racial slurs and other demeaning comments) was to take the young lady who confided in him off the schedule for most of her shifts, and did nothing to the perpetrators. I'll be spending my money where ALL staff are treated with respect.

The male employees that are currently employed at this location are rude and have been known to make racial slurs(beaner) to a fellow female employee that was also a shift lead. This situation was brought to the owners attention but was swept under the rug because he was too busy to talk to everyone about it. This is a business that should not be supported since they don't support their employees when situations are brought to their attention. Instead they penalize the person that was subjected to the inappropriate behavior.

Seems like the quality has gone down in the last year or so... Going to have to start checking out carry out order before leaving the store.. We've had issues 3 out of the last 5 times and the managers have not been very helpful.. Today we ordered 2 regular size sandwiches that were nowhere near the same size...
