Freaky fast no more. Freaky slow. Be prepared to wait in line for 15 minutes. My drink had condensation on the side which shows how long it was sitting waiting for the guy in front of me to get his food. Then to take a drink and see the dirt on the side. What does my sandwich look like? I’m scared to unwrap it.

Order delivery a decent amount from this location. Depends on who is delivering, but bag smells like cigarette smoke on a fairly frequent basis. Don't know if this is isolated to one driver, or multiple, but it is pretty gnarly to smell cigarette smoke on my food.

My mom came and ordered the lunch box with totally tuna. When she got home the sandwich was not in the box . She called and spoke with the store manager and told them the situation, while on the phone she hears a man in the back ground saying he put the sandwich in the box.
I went back up to the store to get my missing sandwich and they took my receipt and I had to stand there for awhile. Once they realized they really didn’t give me my sandwich someone pulled it out of the fridge and gave it to me.
No apologizes from the manager who took my receipt. He went to the back to watch the cameras. Who lies about a missing sandwich? I decided to go to a different location and I will not be going back to this one again . I just threw the sandwich away. Who knows what they did to it .

Always choose JJ over any other, when I wabt a cold sandwich. LOVE the bread, employees are ALWAYS nice which is a nice change from other places these days. Quick and easy.
Vegetarian options: I don't always like deli meat, just veggies and am always happy with the sandwich.
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a can, so when I do go in I have NO PROBLEM getting in and out.
