this place is very nice :D im deaf and even though sign language wasnt an option for the workers that were there it was very easy for them to understand what i wanted :D they were really nice and understanding and made my sandwich perfect <3

Just left Jimmy John's and the lady that took my order was rude. I checked my bag and the pickle I ordered wasn't in there. So I mentioned that to her and she try to say she didn't hear my order clearly. And that she didn't charge me for it. But grabbed a wrapped one and might as well threw it at. I never experienced such rudeness at this location. She best find another job!

Went through the drive thru and the man taking our order rudely asked, "anything else?" after every item we ordered. We pull around...he collected my card, left it in the machine and walked over to make our food wearing the same gloves. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese, it had cheese, soda was dripping down our cups, he tossed the bag out the window and then gave me my card from the machine, all while wearing the SAME gloves. He was monotone and impolite our entire experience.

Terrible, rude service!!! I should have taken notice when I called in my order and was snapped back with we don’t have drivers until this evening. I am picking it up, I didn’t ask for delivery.
We were told 20 minutes, we were there in 5 and there were only 2 cars in drive thru. No other cars there. My wife told drive up attendant she was early and did we hear right 20 minutes. She then offered to pull out and wait. We had a trailer , she was told we couldn’t back up or drive around the other car waiting . ( this was said with an attitude of we are going to now have to put you ahead of others) I voted for showing her we could drive around and just leave.
What happened to the days of just be kind to the customer and provide a genuine service without the attitude.
Good thing there are lots of other places to eat that appreciate getting business and not try to scare them off. We won’t be eating there again.

Shout out to the employees at this Jimmy John’s tonight! Y’all were crazy busy with everyone trying to find a place to eat after half of Omaha lost power and you guys powered through, even taking orders after you were supposed to close!

I absolutely received hands down. The greatest customer service from this very nice group of people who prepared my sandwich. They really are fast and friendly and were extremely polite when I arrived.
