I am writing to share my disappointment regarding an experience I had with one of your locations this evening. I placed an online order that included multiple sandwiches and a pickle. Upon opening our order at home, we realized that one of the sandwiches was missing.
I immediately called the store to address the issue, but the interaction I had with the staff member who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly insisted that I was lying about the missing sandwich and claimed that she had reviewed a camera and confirmed the sandwich was in the bag. I can say with absolute certainty that the sandwich was not in our order.
When I asked for the name of the general manager so I could follow up, she refused to provide it and stated that I would need to call back on Wednesday. She also claimed she did not know the general manager’s phone number. When I mentioned that I could contact another store to obtain it, she responded dismissively, stating that she did not care and that other stores “don’t have anything to do with me.”
During the call, she informed me that our conversation was being recorded. I requested a copy of the recording as well as the video she referenced, and she responded that I would not be allowed to come in and obtain any video. She refused to offer a refund or provide the missing sandwich, and her tone throughout the conversation was disrespectful and dismissive.
This experience was not only frustrating but also very disappointing, as I have always appreciated the quality and service Jimmy John’s typically provides. I understand that mistakes happen, but I do expect courteous and professional communication when trying to resolve them.
I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring this type of interaction does not occur again. Additionally, I would still like to receive either the missing sandwich or a refund for the item I paid for but did not receive.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 cookies. My Husband goes to get the order and they tell him I only paid for 1 chip. I show him on the receipt where it shows I ordered and paid for 2. He goes back to get the chips and the young lady was rude. When he finally gets back home I discover my sandwich is missing the bacon I had added to it. Again it's clearly on the receipt. I call the store to ask for a managerand young lady ask why.I tell her what my issue is and ask her can she leave a note for someone so I can get a $3 credit on my next purchase. We already had to come back to the store for chips. She begins yelling at me and hangs up the phone.I then called back and politely asked her for she hang up on me. She said no you hung up. I ask again the managers name for my complaint. She goes on to say complaint lay I offered for you to come get another sandwich made and you don't want to come get it that they'd nothing else she can do. She goes on to say I'm the manager and I didn't need her name, she's there every evening. Probably won't visit this location anymore and hopefully they get better employees!

This JJ has started using third party delivery drivers that take 1 hour plus every order regardless of size, and refuse to cancel anything once it’s been processed through the third party delivery. Do NOT order delivery from this location.

My husband and I have both experienced this 1 lady who always has an attitude! The way she TELLS you to order and rushes every decision. There’s nothing worse than having a 30min lunch break and not eating because you decide to drive away because of how you were treated. If I could put zero stars, I would. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! That lady needs to fix her attitude and her coworker in the back telling me “she’s not having an attitude”. Clearly y’all weren’t raised right.

Probably the worst Jimmy John's in Omaha. Never have delivery drivers, Always mess up your order, and Just throw the sandwich together without care.. Wouldn't recommend at all

I've been going to this location for almost 10 years. The staff is mostly friendly but there is always 1 person working there that had an attitude. I've seen sandwiches thrown, trash can kicked, customers barked at for no reason and that's all from staff.
I usually bypass the instore drama by hitting the drive thru. The drive thru at this location has never been fast but usually takes no more than 8 minutes. Today I sat there for 20 minutes to get 1 sandwich.
20 minutes. The lobby was almost empty,. I know this because I got to look at it while not moving. Oh, and when I got to the window and paid, my food sat bagged next to the window for 4 minutes while the workers inside talked.
Horrible service. I would not recommend.

We chose to go in and dine. Every table in their dining room was dirty. My partner asked for no tomato in his sandwich. There were tomatoes in his sandwich. My sandwich was correct.

We have sat in line at the drive through for over 45 minutes !!! They were very unpleasant and very rude . I asked for a napkin for my dripping soda and you would have thought it was completely unacceptable !! Never coming back !!

I always ask for no onions. Ordered the extra large sandwich asked for no onions got home with order, full of onions! Couldn't eat it due so many onions! Wasted my money on that!

Food was SOOO GROSS. Bread was burnt weren’t made right like they usually are made. The chips are even a bit stale. The soda tasted gross! (Like what I’d imagine toilet water tastes like!) Sandwiches tasted off even the whole pickles tasted old/off I ended up gagging and throwing it up!!! Nothing tasted good!!
