Customer service was not good. I waited for my online order to appear on the rack. It never showed. So I waited in front of several employees to inform them I had an online order, and no one acknowledged me until I went by the cash register. I do not recommend coming here unless you need to and you just walk in.

Terrible experience here, the cashier inside talks so quiet you can’t hear anything she says to you. Trying to make a custom sandwich for my kids was next to impossible. And when I say custom, I mean “Little John with Salami only”. She looks at you confused because she can’t type it into the computer. Then when you get your sandwiches, they are all wrong and you actually paid for an extra sandwich you didn’t want. Go to a different Jimmy John’s.

I rated one star because The workers at Jimmy John's continuously get my order wrong. I just ordered a slim 4 with cheese and pickle, and they gave me a slim 4 with cheese and a pickle!! Listening skills are not there. another example is how I ordered a slim 4 with cheese and NO mayonnaise and I got mayonnaise. Food is good, but this location takes forever to make. I know it does not take 7 minutes to slap some turkey on bread, especially when you are not busy. Disappointed mama. ?
