I rated one star because The workers at Jimmy John's continuously get my order wrong. I just ordered a slim 4 with cheese and pickle, and they gave me a slim 4 with cheese and a pickle!! Listening skills are not there. another example is how I ordered a slim 4 with cheese and NO mayonnaise and I got mayonnaise. Food is good, but this location takes forever to make. I know it does not take 7 minutes to slap some turkey on bread, especially when you are not busy. Disappointed mama. ?

It’s been at least 10 times we have ordered extra bacon (a 5$ charge) to a wrap and they have literally never put any bacon on.
Out of those ten times once they sent a driver with a new sand-which.
I have videos of me unwrapping them almost every time because they do it EVERY time. With the receipts to show we paid for it.
I worked at Jimmy John’s when I was a teenager for a little over a year. It was the easiest job I’ve ever had. How you can so consistently mess up an order is beyond me.
I have already made a complaint with the store manager with corporate and will continue to do so every single time they skimp me. With evidence to back it up, good luck Samantha, hope your audits are good with all the extra bacon you have in your inventory.

This was my first (but definitely not last!) "Unwich". For those not familiar with these, they are the standard sandwich wrapped in a nice big lead of lettuce. I had been apprehensive about getting on because I thought it would be fairly insubstantial and I would still be hungry. NOT!! The ingredients were excellent, the portion was absolutely adequate and the mouth feel was very satisfying. Service was excellent... did a great time answering questions. I have Celiac Disease and It's awesome to find a totally tasty option for when I'm craving a sub. Well done!
I got the Italian. It was my first time having an Italian. I didn't like it the smoked ham (not prosciutto) took over the whole sandwich I now know I don't like smoked ham. The customer service was amazing the servers were great and I normally get the beach club or the bootlegger when I go which is awesome but this time I tried the Italian totally regret it.

The food was great and the environment was clean. The service was good. However, I was concerned about the sanitary practices of the people making my sandwich. They never changed gloves from one sandwich to the other and often swept food off the counter with the same gloves..
Honestly, I don’t know what’s happened over the last few months but the quality of this store has dropped. It used to be the best shop in Omaha. Now the service lacks luster.
