Picture doesn’t do my sandwich justice. I got the cubano. I get the sliced wheat bread, because I don’t like the French bread. The sandwich is only showing one half, but it comes full. It was fresh and it was made how a sandwich should be made, no skimping out here! I won’t mind spending $13 on lunch (if you get a combo, sandwiches are cheaper by themselves), because at least you’ll get a quality meal for it being a fast sub place.

Rather frustrating when you ring the order up right and still don’t make the correct sandwich. Waited an obnoxiously long time in the drive thru, only to have to come back because you made the wrong sandwich. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, but this is the 3rd time this has happened at this particular location.

This store is very slow and inconsistent with sandwiches. I ordered a slim 2. There's nothing to it, just bread and 2 slices of beef, it's already over priced they gave me 1 slice. I had to drive back to the store for them to fix it. No apologies, nothing.

literally the slowest place i've ever been to, not very "freak fast" whatsoever. genuinely wait 20-30 minutes for ONE sandwich every time.. and i never eat here for that reason and just not good for the price! i recommend subway down the street:)

The smell of the fresh bread baking is always hypnotizing. Fresh ingredients and fast service are always served up. Tried an unwhich for the first time and it was delicious and refreshing. Definitely recommend.
We love Jimmy John’s and order often. We do not love the service. We live five minutes from this location. More often than not, it takes 45 minutes to receive a delivery. Very disappointing.

Ordered from this place plenty of times. Called and they took my order confirmed everything and even quoted a delivery time. Received a call back saying i wasn't in there delivery zone when im five minutes away. Charged my card then Cooper the manager continued to argue with me instead of trying to honor their mistake. No worries dont waste your time on this place if this is how they honor their mistakes.

Ordered a jalapeño chicken wrap. When I started eating it I noticed there was no chicken not even a little bit on either side. More of a vegetarian wrap. Highly disappointed.

These people apparently save a ton of off of workman's comp and workplace safety by hiring people with drug problems (no offense to my fellow addicts) and then threatening them with drug testing whenever they hurt themselves. I don't even work for Jimmy John's, and I get so tired of hearing this story, and it's apparently corporate policy; not just any one store.
