Ordered from this place plenty of times. Called and they took my order confirmed everything and even quoted a delivery time. Received a call back saying i wasn't in there delivery zone when im five minutes away. Charged my card then Cooper the manager continued to argue with me instead of trying to honor their mistake. No worries dont waste your time on this place if this is how they honor their mistakes.

Ordered a jalapeño chicken wrap. When I started eating it I noticed there was no chicken not even a little bit on either side. More of a vegetarian wrap. Highly disappointed.

These people apparently save a ton of off of workman's comp and workplace safety by hiring people with drug problems (no offense to my fellow addicts) and then threatening them with drug testing whenever they hurt themselves. I don't even work for Jimmy John's, and I get so tired of hearing this story, and it's apparently corporate policy; not just any one store.

Your order may be freaky fast but it will also be freaky wrong. Every time I order here my sandwich is wrong. Just be aware before you order that if you have paid for extras (extra meat to be specific) you won’t get it. In fact I basically received no meat on my sandwich. They’ll just take your money. Any customizing on a sandwich is completely ignored. I stopped ordering Jimmy John’s months ago because of this and tried again recently and it’s the same story. The food is great when it’s right, but I feel like they rob me every time when I pay for something extra and don’t receive it.

I gave them a 5-star because the wrap I had was amazing. My spouse had a sandwich that was awesome as well. We both ordered the #9 Italian Night Club. Used a gift card online, ordered it, went through drive-thru to pick it up, came home and had it with soup. Perfect last minute dinner!Dietary restrictions: Order what you want or dont want

My sandwich was great, consistent with all other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. I had my order taken and made in under a minute, even while they were working on a drive-thru rush. Great place.

I ordered a sandwich through the drive thru, and I asked for no ham and no tomatoes because of dietary restrictions. When I got home, you’ll never guess what was on my sandwich - ham and tomatoes. You can imagine the disappointment of that lol. I shouldn’t have to take my time in the drive thru and check what is in my sandwich.Please consider what the customer WANTS and what they DONT want.

Order food online, don’t get a notification saying it’s ready for pick up a hour later, get to the store nothing is posted about not accepting bigger bills, because they had “so many counterfeit bills” and hounded us to pay another way when all we brought was cash. Music was super loud, everyone had an attitude. Glad to say they lost my business

I in noway blaming the employees (unless this is not the fault of the store's policy) but we ordered the Tom Turkey sandwich and it was shocking...it had ONE THIN slice of turkey on it and the rest was loaded with lettuce...OMG! We've been going to Jimmy John for several years but no thanks to eating only carb bread..this is an insult..it is better to raise prices than to insult the customer. This sadly is happening everywhere from Chipotle to Arby's...however, although more expensive...we now go to another sandwich store on Pacific and wow...what a difference. Many of these places will not make it a year from now when the economy truly will hit us hard locally. Done with it. Did inform the employee...she couldn't care less...You need us we don't need you as the saying goes

Great experience at this location. I swear my sub was bigger than normal. George took my order and was very professional and provided a great customer service experience. Wouldn't have come on here to write a review without George!
