Ordered 2 sandwiches with a few changes. Extra mayo, cut in half. Sandwiches were not cut in half and the extra mayo was one packet in the bag. We had the same kind of issues with different locations.

Only JJ I have been that was dirty. Terrible customer service with seemingly oblivious staff. Even had an employee nudge me away from the soda machine while i was using it. I will never return to this location.

Ordered an order for pickup and got there and it was good. Went to ask for some extra ranch and the guy at the register was nasty about it. I understand you are busy around lunch time, but it’s not right to make smart remarks or act smart behind the counter. Will not be going back to this location. Never had any issues at any other Jimmy John locations.

Came back recently. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and a car would move once every 5-10 minutes. Ive been waiting for about 20 mins and I haven’t ordered. Staff up people!!! It’s summer!

They made me the cheaper tuna sandwich without cheese and with less tuna, charged me for the more expensive one (which I ordered), and charged me for kickin ranch that wasn’t included.
