Just got food delivered from this location, on top of the delivery being over 20 minutes late the delivery driver didn’t even come to my door. He called me from his vehicle and didnt even step out until I came to him. My delivery instructions do say to call me when you arrive but at least have the common courtesy to meet me at the door. It’s cold out and I’m paying for delivery, maybe you should actually deliver the dang sandwich.

"Freaky Fast", I don't think so. From the time I ordered to the time I got our food it was almost an hour. Food was good but the service was not. I would think that paying extra (delivery fees and the tip to the driver) instead of picking up the order myself would result in better and faster service.

My experience at Jimmy John's was nothing short of a disappointing disaster. Let me share the saga that unfolded during my visit.Upon arriving at Jimmy John's around 6pm, I anticipated a quick and satisfying meal. Little did I know that I was in for a colossal letdown. As I patiently waited in the drive-thru line, my stomach grumbling with hunger, I finally reached the speaker to place my order. To my disbelief, I was informed that Jimmy John's had managed to run out of bread. Yes, you read that correctly. A sandwich shop without any bread! I was dumbfounded and speechless. How does a place that specializes in sandwiches not have the most basic and essential ingredient? It's mind-boggling incompetence.But the madness didn't end there. Instead of informing me about their bread shortage prior to taking my order, they made me wait. Can you believe it? Imagine sitting there, money in hand, eagerly waiting to place your order, only to be informed after you've paid that they are completely out of bread. It's like they make it their goal to waste your time and money. I could have easily gone elsewhere had they been transparent about their bread situation.To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to inform me that to receive a refund, I would have to wait for several days. Days! I find it utterly unacceptable that a refund for their own mistake would require such a lengthy process. I am left wondering if they even care about their customers or their reputation. It seems as though they prioritize their own convenience over providing satisfactory service.In conclusion, my visit to Jimmy John's was a complete nightmare. A lack of planning, poor communication, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction all contributed to an experience that left me hungry, frustrated, and seeking a refund that I am unsure I will even receive in a timely manner. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on an establishment that is so woefully unprepared and disorganized. Spare yourself the headache and seek out a sandwich shop that values their customers and has enough bread to serve them. Jimmy John's has certainly lost my patronage forever.

Ordered a #11 with no mayo or tomato add bacon. Very simple. I got home and it covered in mayo along with Dijon mustard and no bacon! This is the 2nd time in a week my sandwich was screwed up. Won’t go back!

Tried the new Thai summer wrap and it was SO GOOD!!! Only issue is the price... $9 for a wrap is a bit much I think. I'll probably get it again but not often due to the price.

I've ordered delivery, dined in, as well as have done curbside pickup from this JJ's, and it has always been excellent. For less than $9 for one of their regular sandwiches, the #8, the Billy Club, I was full. The sandwich weighed in at 13.5 ounces before I could barely finish it. I was full. The picture does not due it justice as you can't see the full load of meat they stacked this thing with too. Outstanding deli sandwich for the money in my opinion for this area.

I bit into my sandwich and almost lost a tooth. The bread was so hard. It’s as if I was served days old bread. They sent out another one but my appetite was completely gone after tasting that stale bread.Second review:Not sure what’s wrong with this location but they can’t seem to put a sandwich together as ordered. I asked for lite lettuce and they gave me a whole head of lettuce on my sandwich. On a positive note at least the breads not stale this time. ?

This location is freaky slow. Sat in the drive thru for nearly 5 minutes for 2 sandwiches when there was no one in line. This was not the first time either.

This place has been hit or miss for a long time. Some days you get a great sandwich that makes you want to get another sandwich, so the next day you order the same thing and it's missing not only the requested freebies but the base sandwich itself isn't made correctly. It gets to be pretty frustrating. Not sure what this store needs to do to improve consistency of their product but it's been the biggest issue I've experienced there on a... Consistent basis..
