Food, great. Service, meh. Etc. One time, I came and it took the 10-15 minutes to make my order, cuz the dropped the ticket for my order, which annoyed me, but it was better than not getting my food, but the employes were really nice and apologized to me. But the food is just great, and the powerade is just really good.
Edit: And the staff, just very kind staff members

First I went there because I could smell the raspberry cheesecake cookies but I keep going back because the people there are amazing. The customer service is some of the best I have had anywhere in years. Also they cook the cookies to perfection. All around the best experience and I will continue to go to this subway!!! 5 star all day!!!!

Placed an order through the drive thru.
Opened my food and realized it wasn't correct. Went in and they fixed it right away. Ended up being one of the best wraps I've had in a long time! Thank you! ❤️

Go to any other location. Something is wrong with my order every time at 178th & W. Center. Today, Not a single sandwich was made correctly. Sandwiches with out items (little John #1) I asked for no lettuce, but it also was made with oil& vinegar & oregano on it and those are not part of the LJ #1. I ordered ahead for ASAP drive through pickup. Arrived 5 mins later with no one ahead of me Was first told the morning person didnt slice onions, but if I wanted to go inside & wait they would slice some. I said no onions is fine. Then I waited at least another 15 mins before I got my 3 sandwiches and each one was wrong, not including the missing onions & that's all the ham that came on it.

Some times this place is great and other times it’s not. Everytime I come the people are awesome but half of the time my sandwich is made wrong or missing ingredients or the ranch I ordered is completely spilled in the inside of the bag. It’s disappointing but again it only happens half of the time.

the manager (franchise owner??) is always really nice as is the night time crew when i go in and get some cookies and bread after i get off of work even though its close to closeting time for them:) they’re very sweet and nice people and i would 100/10 recommend this location

I tried to order online and was confused because the website said my card didn’t go through but my bank account said payment was pending. The lovely lady at the counter explained that it would be refunded within a few days and gave me my order for free. Made my night! Will definitely return.

I had a horrible experience at this location when I tried to go through the drive thru the other night. I pulled up and an employee came out and told me “we’re too busy tonight, it’s not your night” and presumed to place a sign in front of my car making me back up. There was no one in front of me and it was not quite 6pm.

I have always been a fan of Jimmy John's. Tonight our delivery was not correct. When I called I was informed they couldn't deliver my husband's sandwich they forgot to deliver. They have no drivers and have been using Uber, I said I would come get it even though I had already paid for a delivery. When I got there the employees were professional, very kind, and genuinely apologetic for the mistake. Offered some comps to make up for the mix up which was nice but truly what impressed me was the employees. Marcus cared about his job and keeping the customer happy. It was refreshing to see employees working hard and providing excellent customer service! Thanks Marcus!

Ordered 2 different orders and neither were delivered. Out $70 even though I was told my order would be voided and refunded over the phone through the attitude I received.

I've been ordering Jimmy John's for 9 years within the Omaha area and this is probably the worst Jimmy Johns location in West Omaha.
