I had a horrible experience at this location when I tried to go through the drive thru the other night. I pulled up and an employee came out and told me “we’re too busy tonight, it’s not your night” and presumed to place a sign in front of my car making me back up. There was no one in front of me and it was not quite 6pm.

I have always been a fan of Jimmy John's. Tonight our delivery was not correct. When I called I was informed they couldn't deliver my husband's sandwich they forgot to deliver. They have no drivers and have been using Uber, I said I would come get it even though I had already paid for a delivery. When I got there the employees were professional, very kind, and genuinely apologetic for the mistake. Offered some comps to make up for the mix up which was nice but truly what impressed me was the employees. Marcus cared about his job and keeping the customer happy. It was refreshing to see employees working hard and providing excellent customer service! Thanks Marcus!

Ordered 2 different orders and neither were delivered. Out $70 even though I was told my order would be voided and refunded over the phone through the attitude I received.
I've been ordering Jimmy John's for 9 years within the Omaha area and this is probably the worst Jimmy Johns location in West Omaha.

We ordered a sandwich and had it door dashed. When my daughter opened the wrapping there was a bite out of the end of the sandwich and the wrapper had been clearly re wrapped, very weird and gross!!
My husband called the store to complain and the manager was unbelievably rude and even hung up on him! I called door dash and the representative was very kind, helpful, apologized and gave us a refund immediately for the sandwich, that is how customer service is supposed to be!! We love Jimmy John’s but will never go to this location! If I was the Owner, this manager would not be working in my store!!

I got a sarcastic onion.. the wrapper said "no onion =)" as I put my name since they had incorrectly given me onion before.. opened my sandwich to, the sarcastic onion. Sandwich is fine, but right on top, a perfect ring of onion. Touché JJ fools, touché.

Done eating here. Due to mistakes on my last three orders. It's forgetting sides and not following customizations. Now my online notifications don't work at the store but magically work at every other Jimmy John's.

Pro tip: it's important to be psychic when ordering here. We went through the drive through on Dec. 19th around 4:45pm to get some grub. Not only did the worker fail to tell us the credit card server was down UNTIL we pulled up to the window after our food had been made. The worker refused to give us our food, telling us we had to pay in cash.After several awkward moments of not giving us our food (protocol for drive thru is to give food if the credit card servers are down and alert the customer before they order), we left hungry and disappointed. Money, time, food and energy was wasted.
