This is by far the worst drive-through in all Jimmy John’s. They can’t advertise ‘freaky fast’ when you have to wait on average 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through. it is always terrible Wait time.

Went through drive thru and saw the sandwich maker wiping her nose on her gloves that she was using to make sandwiches. When we told them, they just shrugged it off. Also, took ten minutes to receive food in drive thru.

As a former Jimmy John’s worker, these guys need some serious help. I’ve been here multiple times over the last few months and they’ve gotten our order wrong every single time. Also expect to wait at least 5 minutes per sandwich that you order, even if there’s nobody else in the drive thru.

David handled my order this evening and there was a bit of a mix up while ordering, not anyones fault. David quickly fixed it and was kind and gracious while doing it. He seems like a sweet young man.

Last 4 times, I asked to cut the sandwiches in half twice while ordering and last 4 times they never do it. Also, have asked several times for items to be removed and they don’t. Not the end of the world, but a very simple request that might as well not be offered.

I always order on the app and it takes 20+ minutes every time for my sandwich to be ready. Almost every time I put in a mobile order I have to go into the store and ask them about it for them to start making it. The employees are extremely rude here. The sandwich I got here this time was ridiculous! I always get the #9 which is supposed to be double meat and cheese. Not only does this look like an original vs a favorite, the bread is extremely overdone. I took a side by side of my sandwich and my husband’s. His is very overdone too as the bread should be white??? This tasted like a salami sandwich since there’s basically no other meat on there. Avoid this location especially on Sundays. You will be waiting 30+ minutes every time just to get home and unwrap a salami brick sandwich
I love to get jimmy John’s over subway. Jimmy John’s may not be as customizable as subway but they make up for it with taste and size I love getting a giant turkey Tom

I live out of town so I haven’t been to a Jimmy Johns in over a year. Boy was I disappointed at the sad sandwich I received. I brought it back to work and we honestly just laughed. Just over $14 for a meal that felt like it should’ve been half that. First three or four bites was all bread. Last few bites I ended up chewing on parchment paper or something. These sandwiches use to be the best. What happened?

It’s ridiculous how hard it is for your employees specifically at this location to simply put mustard and mayo packets in the bag when I ask. I Don’t have time to go back im too busy with work. Do better this has been an issue for years!
