David handled my order this evening and there was a bit of a mix up while ordering, not anyones fault. David quickly fixed it and was kind and gracious while doing it. He seems like a sweet young man.

Last 4 times, I asked to cut the sandwiches in half twice while ordering and last 4 times they never do it. Also, have asked several times for items to be removed and they don’t. Not the end of the world, but a very simple request that might as well not be offered.

I always order on the app and it takes 20+ minutes every time for my sandwich to be ready. Almost every time I put in a mobile order I have to go into the store and ask them about it for them to start making it. The employees are extremely rude here. The sandwich I got here this time was ridiculous! I always get the #9 which is supposed to be double meat and cheese. Not only does this look like an original vs a favorite, the bread is extremely overdone. I took a side by side of my sandwich and my husband’s. His is very overdone too as the bread should be white??? This tasted like a salami sandwich since there’s basically no other meat on there. Avoid this location especially on Sundays. You will be waiting 30+ minutes every time just to get home and unwrap a salami brick sandwich

I love to get jimmy John’s over subway. Jimmy John’s may not be as customizable as subway but they make up for it with taste and size I love getting a giant turkey Tom

I live out of town so I haven’t been to a Jimmy Johns in over a year. Boy was I disappointed at the sad sandwich I received. I brought it back to work and we honestly just laughed. Just over $14 for a meal that felt like it should’ve been half that. First three or four bites was all bread. Last few bites I ended up chewing on parchment paper or something. These sandwiches use to be the best. What happened?

Super slow employees, sat and waited for food for 10 minutes.... no explanation or anything. The bread is harder than a rock!!! No lettuce.... why even call it a sandwich??

It’s ridiculous how hard it is for your employees specifically at this location to simply put mustard and mayo packets in the bag when I ask. I Don’t have time to go back im too busy with work. Do better this has been an issue for years!

When I was running my own card at the register ordering food, it asked about a tip? It is self serve fast food why would I tip and why would you even ask? Tips are for people they give you personal service at a table.
Not so freaky fast at this one. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes

This location is on Uber Eats yet they cancel every order I have ever tried to make. If you guys don’t want to make money from Uber Eats, take yourselves off of the app. It’s very disappointing to have the family say they are in the mood for Jimmy Johns and then I can’t even successfully place an order.
