Always good food and fast service but wanted to share an experience we had today at lunch. It was very busy and employees working very efficiently but a delivery guy comes in ( maybe the boss, maybe just a big mouth) he started berating the team, loud and obnoxious. If he IS the boss, shame on you! He was acting put out to have these big orders and made a spectacle of himself. If he's a delivery guy, the boss needs to get rid of him. If he's the boss, get your act together and treat the team, who is working very hard, like humans. All of us standing there were embarrassed at these actions.

Last night, 11/11/23, I had the best #9 ever (I’ve had a lot of #9s) and my wife had the best Veggie ever (her go-to). We had them delivered and they were so awesome I called to compliment the kitchen. Love this JJ location - best in town!!!

Placed an order on the mobile app to be picked up. It took 35 minutes to get the order.
Greeted when I walked in. Fast and friendly service. Was not crowded around 2 on Thursday. Cashier remembered some regulars orders.

Never had a sandwich where I thought man, this is good... Always disappointed. No onion? Sold me the sandwich and I had to ask for a cup and then wondered about the chips...searched around and found them but didn't get any assistance. Had to then ask about napkins. Not going back any time soon.
