Ordered at 12:19p received at 12:55p. Freaky fast delivery is a lie

“Freaky fast”? More like freaky slow. I sat in the drive-thru with zero cars in sight and still waited like they were hand-growing the lettuce out back. The guy at the window looked more annoyed than I do waiting for my food — and that’s saying something. I was polite, used my manners and everything, but he acted like I personally ruined his day. They still managed to mess up my order (it’s just cucumbers, not rocket science), and when I asked for mayo packets, suddenly they’d “run out.” Sure, buddy. The sandwich didn’t even taste good. At this point, I think the only thing “freaky” about this place is how bad the service is.

If there going to be open on a Saturday night they need delivery drivers. Im one customer who doesn't like anyone but an employee from the store doing deliveries.

The guy working the drive through today just made me feel like I was annoying him. Barley said a word. Wasn’t friendly. I said thanks and he just looked at me and then turned around like I ain’t shit. Bro go work a job that doesn’t have you face to face with people then. I want to have faith that my food isn’t made by somebody pissed off. The the sandwiches sucked. I want to know if an insane amount of salt was put on the sandwiches on purpose. Next time I’m gonna run up in there.

Didn't like the atmosphere. Everyone seemed tight and unhappy. Ordered my food Didn't get to add any extra toppings which I love. Tuna and bread boring. Although put veggies and Wow! Maybe next time they'll share. (I forget they remind us they are not Subway)

Thank you, Blake for being so kind and respectful while I placed my order in the drive thru. I’ve struggled with this location for a couple of months. Hopefully, the ladies during the day are no longer there. They were always rude and their attitudes showed they didn’t want to be there.

Freaky slow, straight up I have had to stop ordering the unwich because it takes actually 6 minutes to even be acknowledged in drive-thru. Not Peak hours, not during a rush. This could be forgiven if the food was at least made correctly (ie no sauce, add peppers etc.)

One of the rudest experiences I’ve had with an employee. She couldn’t hear me in the drive thru, didn’t ask me to speak up just got progressively more rude. Finally asked me to move up in an annoyed tone. At the window was even more rude didn’t even make eye contact and say anything while handling my food…

I would have given a ZERO stars for service. The guy who took our order was beyond rude. As my husband was putting in our order, I noticed a sign that said "Make your order a combo for free" I was pointing that out to my husband as he was ordering. My husband had to repeat the order twice on one sandwich and three times on one of the others. We ordered three in total as we had our grandson with us. As soon as the order was supposed to be straight, my husband asked about the combo offer and the guy snipped at my husband with a very condecending "Uuuuuuun fortunately, you should have asked that before you ordered." Well, we would have if we weren't so busy getting the order straight. But wait, there's more... When the order came and we checked our receipt, we had ordered two little John's but were charged for one little John and two regular sandwiches. It should have been two little John's and one regular. He charged us backwards. And when we opened our sandwiches, my grandson had ordered a very simple ham and provolone. He received salami, prosciutto and provolone, but no ham. I requested mayo, received no mayo. The cherry on top was, the bread was not fresh and that's the main reason we typically go there. The only positive thing I can say is the meats and cheese were fresh. Even if it was all wrong.
