Missing item and ingredientfrom my order. When I tried to call to get a refund on my missing item and ingredient there was no answer even after calling several times.

I would have given a ZERO stars for service. The guy who took our order was beyond rude. As my husband was putting in our order, I noticed a sign that said "Make your order a combo for free" I was pointing that out to my husband as he was ordering. My husband had to repeat the order twice on one sandwich and three times on one of the others. We ordered three in total as we had our grandson with us. As soon as the order was supposed to be straight, my husband asked about the combo offer and the guy snipped at my husband with a very condecending "Uuuuuuun fortunately, you should have asked that before you ordered." Well, we would have if we weren't so busy getting the order straight. But wait, there's more... When the order came and we checked our receipt, we had ordered two little John's but were charged for one little John and two regular sandwiches. It should have been two little John's and one regular. He charged us backwards. And when we opened our sandwiches, my grandson had ordered a very simple ham and provolone. He received salami, prosciutto and provolone, but no ham. I requested mayo, received no mayo. The cherry on top was, the bread was not fresh and that's the main reason we typically go there. The only positive thing I can say is the meats and cheese were fresh. Even if it was all wrong.

Came in to grab a sandwich and decided to stay and eat. The employees were having fun working together and so polite and my food came quick! Sometimes this store gets busy and it takes a few extra to get through the drive thru so I'm glad I came in to enjoy my lunch break!

This is the worst JJ’s I’ve ever been to. There were 3 people working , all of them leaning on the counter when I came around the drive thru to pay. No one in a hurry to make my sandwich “freaky fast”. And it’s apparently fine to have 3 inch false nails and work there.

I often visit the 5202 L St. location in Omaha Nebraska. Every JJ employees I have had interactions with over the years have been kind & courteous . However, in the last two weeks, I have visited your store three times & there is a particular young gentleman that works there that is so pleasant, professional, kind, and such an asset for your company.

Every time I order pickup from this place my food is never ready and placed in the pickup area. Took 4 minutes to even get anyone to notice me today

They must be poorly managed because they simply cannot keep staff. They have to use Uber Eats just to get sandwiches delivered. They don’t even have a regular manager at the store, they have to borrow management from other stores. What a mess.

Order was simple, number 11 add cucumber and roast beef. Get home they put the cucumber and roast beef on and didnt put the ham and turkey on. I always give a place 3 chances and so far this location has messed up my orders every time
