Delivery took over an hour. I tried to then call the store to cancel my order. I called 6 times and each time the phone would answer and I could hear conversation, but no one actually answering the phone.

It’s been an HOUR since I ordered for delivery and still don’t have my order and they just lie and say they just left. I literally work 5 minutes away. It’s happened enough times I’m finally mentioning it.

The person that was at the register was beyond rude for no reason. My wife and I ordered she got a combo I ordered just the sandwich when I pointed out that I just wanted one combo the person running the register got a giant attitude and started poking the screen all angry like and being rude. Then they didn't give her the cup for the combo and said get whatever chips you want in a rude manner. I work in hospitality and realize people have bad days but not to constitute such an attitude over an easy fix. I should have left but I was craving a gargantuan from now on I'll go to picklemans or gandolfos this is not the first time your employees have been rude at this location.

The food is good☺️ and tasty I left my first review the first time I went today 2-22-24 and had a kicking chicken taste great just be careful as the sandwich is tasty fresh and the peppers are a little juicy you want more to the owners next time I stop by I take pictures so people can see how nice a place you have.
