Nothing fast about this location.
I usually order delivery and have had issues throughout the years with timely deliveries. This delivery was by far the worst as there was a clear bite taken out of my sandwich when I unwrapped it. The store manager did not offer any sort of compensation besides the free replacement sandwich I requested. The replacement delivery took nearly an hour as the delivery driver left for other deliveries. The one bright spot was one employee, David, actually apologized for what happened and said he would add in a free cookie with the replacement sandwich.
The delivery driver with the replacement sandwich was very rude, insinuating that I was lying about the bite mark and that the sandwich didn’t come from them.

After a 3 hour drive with 5 young children, this was a perfect place to stop and grab a bite before heading to the zoo. When we arrived we were greeted excitedly by a friendly staff who was very helpful with our large order and making our sandwiches appropriate sizes for the kids. The bathrooms were clean, we did not wait very long for our food, and had a very positive, quick experience. Would recommend for families in our situation. God bless all of you negative reviewers, hope you can find the good in every day.

On average I get JJ's once a week. This place was always pretty good. Most of my bad orders came from the one on 52nd and L. Recently, however, I have been experiencing a few problems here. I get the same order every week. This is on the receipt photo. The #7 is supposed to have double the meat and it only had one, but they threw on some ham to top it off....LOL. I asked for no cheese, and they put that on there. The #14 is supposed to have roast beef, turkey and no cheese. Looks like they may have made a #13 instead. Glad they left off the mustard and didn't even add the pickle. They did get the extra onion right though. It also looks like they weren't taught how to peel the lettuce off the head and just cut it in half and used that. Some serious training needs to be done.

They had me waiting at the Drive-through for five minutes before they ask if I can be helped but only one person in front of me. They are not fast at all at this location. It seems like customer service has not requirements here.

Usually love this location. Waited at the drive through window for 8 minutes with nobody saying anything, then after i finally got helped it was another 8 minutes to make the sandwich. There was nobody in front or in the parking lot. Not sure what was going on. 8pm today.
