Oh wait no. I did not get any food, unfortunately I'm in what they call dead zone. Meaning I'm not in their district but i live down the street from them. I'm under 5 minutes away. Again they won't deliver to me. The woman I talked to was very rude.They should change their Slogan. They're not " freaky fast delivery " and they don't deliver all over. They have their boundaries. They said it was up to corporate they make the decisions.FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!I was told I have good case.

I ordered a #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN (no tomato) to go. Got my sandwich and got into my vehicle. Noticed it wasn't what I ordered when I opened it. Went back inside and they informed me they gave me this random lady's sandwich (she also ordered to go I guess). I got my order and took that lady's sandwich with me. The sandwich she ordered was a #4 TURKEY TOM. Took off the tomatoes and tried the sandwich... definitely the most underwhelming sandwich I ever tasted. Hopefully that lady never orders a #4 again. It would be a shame if someone else accidentally got that sandwich for free like I did.

Ordered from here through the app. After waiting over 30 minutes I checked and it said delivered. No food was delivered so I called them. I got told it was out for delivery with no time estimate. I needed to put my kids down for their nap and it was too late to keep waiting on a maybe delivery of their special lunch. Rude attitudes from all the staff and got hung up on by the manager when i confirmed I wanted to cancel my order. I called back to see when I would get a refund and they answered and hung up on me. I had to call 5 times to get through. Then was given an attitude and told I was a horrible customer. I’ve never experience such terrible service. Especially from a “freaky fast” delivery service that .5 miles from my home.

i ordered delivery from "freaky fast" today at 11:15am for my lunch at 11:30. . . I called at 12:20 and the most vapid sounding girl told me "oh we were busy but i'm sure it'll be out soon." didn't look up my order or anything. it is now currently 12:51 still no food and no lunch time anymore ether. . . .they suck! do not order from them. they lie and they have workers who just couldn't be bothered to actually help their customers.

The only thing that has happened at this facility, Sept. 14th around 6pm, I ordered 2 unwiches. When I got home the lettuce was pretty much brown!!! How can someone be like that, to put rotten lettuce on a sandwich??? I filled out a tellJJ thing but haven’t heard from anyone

Waiting 10mins for a single sandwich is not freaky fast, I understand companies, team members, and members of leadership only have so much bandwidth, but this location and these individuals are severely lacking any form of direction and leadership. I have worked at JJ's in previous years and am a big fan of the quality and service they provide. Any amount of wait time longer than a few minutes is just out right negligence. The system and processes in place allow for quick quality service regardless of how many car they have jn the drive through or how many individuals walk on. It's a shame to see they are unable to execute. Alternatively this could've all been swept under the rug with intentional prompt and polite communication, something as little as sorry for thendelay or perhaps acknowledging any amounts of traing they may be jn the process of. All out the window along with any hopes of a return visit.

Food was great as always. The employees were not very happy on the day we were there. Our order was filled promptly and correctly, but there was no greeting, or any smiles.Dietary restrictions: I love the unwich as a grain free, low carb option.
