First it took a while to get my food at the drive thru window. Not freaky fast but can deal with that. However, after getting home with my food and going to eat my turkey bacon sub I noticed the color didn't look right. It almost looked like roast beef. No it was bacon that had been out for so long it was discolored dark brown. Absolutely not good or acceptable for food.

I used to go to this place all the time until I tried to add a delivery order onto an existing delivery order and they tried to make me pay a separate delivery fee on top of the one that was already going to be paid for a single trip to the same location. I have no patience for stuff like that. I apologize if this is corporate policy, but it is what it is at this point.

It's the crappy pizza sandwich. Don't try it..I thoroughly enjoy Jimmy John's but decided to try something different. Boy do I regret it. Worst sandwich ever. Chef Boyardee sauce with ham on bread. Disgusting

Had daughter in law get me ham and pro hardly any ham and pro mainly ate bread with mayo for $15 what shame won't be back i should've went to subway

Waited over an hour in the drive thru for a mobile order that was preordered ahead of time. Then once I finally received my sandwiches they were not correct. This location has gone way downhill. You lost my business for good!
Placed an order for 6 sandwiches and a large drink at approximately 9:15am for a delivery time of noon-12:15pm, arrived about 12 minutes late for the end of the delivery window. Called at the end of the delivery window and they were just getting in the car to drive it over, No fault of the driver but none of the requested mayo/mustard packets came with and the only toasted sandwich arrived cold even though it's 5 minutes away. Rest of the order was fine but if your so poorly staffed they can do an order they have plenty of time for, HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

25 minutes in the drive thru to get a mobile order I placed. Ironic I chose JJ over subway because I was strapped for time. Made me late for school pickup. Not cool.
Sunday 12/15, got in line at 2:27 ish got my food at 3 pm.
The absolute worst drive thru experience ever! Spent 30 minutes in the drive through (boxed in so I couldn’t even leave) tossed my food at me and gave me attitude when I asked if that was everything. Made me late for work as well, thanks a lot guys
Plus one of them had his dred locks not covered so who knows if there’s hair in the food

I went there to pick up a mobile order: The same hands that are Touching your food are also touching their headphones, phones, and the order screen. Absolutely nasty. I don't know too much about sandwich making, but I do know that is Unsanitary.
That was the third time I was at this location. Second time I waited at the drive thru to order for over a minute And I didn't get answered until (What I believe was) The manager stepped outside to take out trash and he asked if I've been helped. Conveniently the drive-through worker then acknowledged me. If I could give their service zero stars, I would.

I use the JJ app all the time to make my orders for the rewards and convenience. Well today I show up to this location and submit my order through the app, it charges my card, but then shows up with an error on the app saying “Sorry, you’re order cannot be processed, please call location to make orders.” So I go inside the store and explain to the lady running the register what had happened. She was so nice and completely understand and agreed that it was weird that it charged my bank yet wouldn’t send the order through. So she goes to grab the “GM” to ask her what to do. The so called “GM” walks out and I explain to her what happened and she immediately got snippy and rude. Telling me, “well you need to call your bank and get a refund cause I can’t do anything for you.” So I told her well obviously the money went somewhere it took it out of my bank (I even showed her on my bank app the charge amount and time stamp). I just couldn’t believe how unhelpful and rude she was, I would just drive the extra miles to go to literally any other JJ’s in Omaha to avoid this place.

I ordered a sandwich with extra tuna - paid over $2 for said extra tuna - and THIS was my sandwich. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!
