Everyone was just standing around talking and could hear them in the intercom. Every time I order here they always forget things and apparently I can’t get a refund. Only store credit for that specific location… why would I want to go back there just for them to mess up again.

Ordered our usual 2 sandwiches for delivery and when they showed up 45 min later… they had really soggy bread. It made them unappetizing for us. We called to see what they could do and they told us it’s because how we customized it by adding hot peppers.. so we were blamed for how we wanted our sandwiches. Lol. Instead of helping us and making it right, we were then put on hold for a long time. We heard the manager yelling about us in the back ground when we were on hold. We eventually just had to hang up. Disappointed. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Staff was eating with gloves and going back to work cutting meat. This didn't set right with me. Think I'll stay away from this Jimmy johnn for a while.
Waited 5 minutes in drive thru, person at window wasn't friendly. Wasn't asked if I was a rewards member all I saw was a hand that reached for my payment then again to hand back my card and order so now I didn't get credit for my order. What happened to all the friendly freaky fast

Do NOT go to this Jimmy John's. The drive through is ridiculously slow, my order was wrong, and the manager was incredibly unhelpful when I called to try to get the correct sandwich. Horrible experience.
