They serve this trash knowing it's rotten, imagine what else is going on. Management should be fired, I can't imagine they are following the health department guidelines. Never eating at ANY Jimmy John's again.

was excited to try new toasted subs and got the chicken bacon ranch. this embarrassing pile of warm ranch soup will likely be the reason i never vote for JJs again. don’t know what upset my stomach more: the weird tasting ranch or the notion i spent FOURTEEN dollars on it with a bag of chips.

Drive-thru. Ordered a #15 Club Tuna. Went straight back to my office (couple blocks), opened it up and the liquid ran out all over my desk, onto me. The bread is literally saturated with liquid. Tuna mushy. We're talking barely five minutes, not even sitting in the wrapper awhile. Tuna-mixed liquid all over. This looks like a mix of tuna that's been sitting a bit. Liquid runoff is likely part of that. This is not an oil n vinegar sandwich, so ... never gotten this where liquid is so thin. Not impressed. Will not be coming back. Gandolfo's is up the street just around the corner, same neighborhood. So much better.

This store has been using Uber to deliver their food lately. This last time I ordered it took just shy of an hour to get my food. It was toasted, but had sat long enough that it was hardly warm anymore and the ice in the drink had almost completely melted. Seems to be an increasing problem. I would recommend for in store pickup, just not delivery.

Meal cost $13. $6.00 delivery fee PLUS driver asks for a tip. So Sandwich, bag of chips and a soda cost me over $25. Thats insane. Will not be ordering again

The only reason the food wasn't 5 stars is that the bread was a little hard. I like Jimmy Johns because of the fresh bread. In all fairness, it was dinner time, and maybe the bread had been out.
A huge positive to the workers for always smiling and being super friendly! Even at the end of the day, they were still excited and happy. They even gave my dog a treat!
