It's always a good experience at this Jimmy's Egg. Tammy and Mary are always attentive and pleasant. It appears they genuinely care about their customers. There was a third server whose name i don't recall who dropped by twice to ask if I needed more coffee.

On Sunday (October 12, 2025 at 1:14PM) I happily chose to go to Jimmy’s Egg with my best friend. As we were serviced by Mary, Mary gave some very disturbing and interesting comments towards us during her visits to our table. In the beginning she said “you know this is like a $20 omelette?” I took offense to that because I did not intend on her managing how I spent my money. Secondly, while taking our order she politely acknowledged me as “darling” then my friend as “bud”. Thirdly, she then said “oh boy oh boy oh boy ..or girl” as she brought out our food. Need I to include my bestfriend is homosexual— I felt completely awful to witness my friend feeling uncomfortable with her insult. Lastly, she reviewed our receipts and said “at least you’re not picky eaters” as she makes another comment saying “you’ve got plenty of veggies”. The insults were endless to our experience and I feel super offended that Mary failed to have pleased us during our time at Jimmy Egg on dodge. I will not recommend this place until Mary is handled appropriately.

The food was incredible. We had the pineapple upside down pancakes and a create your own omelet with breakfast potatoes. The waitress was on top of everything, couldn't ask for better service! No rush to leave or pay! You can see people are comfortable here, there was a customer relaxing reading a book! I wish we could eat here every day!
Avocado toast, very skimpy on the avocado for the price of that dish… Also it be nice if you had an option for only Avocado toast by itself. Everyone don’t want sides….

I was recently at Jimmy's Egg on Friday. I came earlier than my friend and got a booth. (This might be a long story), I sat down, started looking over the menu and the waitress walked up and asked what I wanted to drink...and I told her my friend would be joining and we'd both like ice water and coffee. The waitress advised I wait on my coffee til my friend came and I said no I'd like some now
She seemed annoyed I wanted my coffee ahead of time. My friend came, sat down and got his coffee and we started to order. I told the waitress to please bring some peanut butter and real butter for my waffle and she did only she walked by briskly and literally slid 1 peanut butter and 1 tiny pat of butter on my side and flew off to the next table. She seemed further annoyed that I simply asked for those things. After eating and barely getting any coffee or service she asked if these were on separate tickets and I giggled thinking she was kidding and THEN you lashed out at me in front of my friend and other people heard her raise her voice at me and tell me loudly that I had been "rude to her ever since I came in.!" To say I was shocked was an understatement. My friend was shocked and mad too because she had been clearly short with us the whole time. We never asked her for anything but she was so entirely rude and unprofessional and I was appalled. I asked to speak to a manager and she kept confronting me. Mary did come over as she knows me and my friend very well. We're some of her fave customers. I am still upset that I had to go through that and be affected by such meanness out of no reason whatsoever. I've never said a bad word to anyone in public. I've always supported waitstaff and made sure they were appreciated and tipped at least 20%. That waitresses name is Ashley and I never want to experience anything so demeaning ever again.

I was pressed for time. . . Lacey was excellent on meeting time restraints. She was attentive, cashed me out ahead of time and even brought me a coffee to go with a smile! Thank you Lacey!

Went to the restaurant to enjoy a Sunday breakfast with three other family members. We did not get upset when the waitress brought out Chorizo tacos, instead of the traditional breakfast that was ordered or when she somehow thought I wanted one piece of bacon and a tiny cup of fruit for breakfast when, in fact, I had ordered the Baja omelette with fruit and bacon for my sides. When I ordered, she asked me how many slices of bacon I wanted and I said one. I expected there would be an upcharge of some sort since my second side was a premium. I had to eat my breakfast after everyone had already finished. When I got my bill, I was charged for a full side of bacon. I asked What the upcharge should’ve been for 1 slice of bacon; the waitress Could not answer so a manager came over full of attitude and said do you really want me to adjust your bill for $1, it looked like the entire wait staff was talking about it/us and some were actually giving us the evil stare. It was the most discourteous and unprofessional experience I have ever had and I will never go back.
