All the waitresses are super nice except for the old crabby, short haired waitress!

Our food was so delicious. And the lady Deb I think was her name. She was so nice. Made sure we had everything.

Sunday, 8/10/25, servers ignoring a huge line out the door, not acknowledging customers, and an OVER a 30 minute wait!!! This is ridiculous! DO BETTER!!! 😡

I’ve been going to this location for years and the consistent good food never changes. Prices have only gone up a little bit but the quality remains the same. Love the sour dough toast and the bacon is great quality! I’d much rather go here than first watch because of the prices alone. This place does breakfast the right way!

My brother and I like to frequent this Jimmy’s Egg for their 55+ breakfast values. Jackie waited on us this Independence Day and was all-smiles. All the wait staff were dressed in red, white and blue. They were cheerful and efficient as ever! The cooks work so quickly and the food is dependably tasty regardless of the massive numbers of customers! Thank you to all. A customer behind me in line said, “Isn’t it nice to see a business so well run!” I concurred! Had to share this since we’ve enjoyed the great value for many months!

Waited well over 10 minutes to get waited on (we were just getting ready to walk out) and finally someone finally asked if we wanted something to drink. Finally waitress came over. We were here before others and watched our waitress take their order first. Frustrating. Also we were here at the end of May. Waitress took our code and said our points were added. Nothing showed. I tried to enter but we only had charge receipt not bill with receipt number. This may be our last try here.
I was recently at Jimmy's Egg on Friday. I came earlier than my friend and got a booth. (This might be a long story), I sat down, started looking over the menu and the waitress walked up and asked what I wanted to drink...and I told her my friend would be joining and we'd both like ice water and coffee. The waitress advised I wait on my coffee til my friend came and I said no I'd like some now She seemed annoyed I wanted my coffee ahead of time. My friend came, sat down and got his coffee and we started to order. I told the waitress to please bring some peanut butter and real butter for my waffle and she did only she walked by briskly and literally slid 1 peanut butter and 1 tiny pat of butter on my side and flew off to the next table. She seemed further annoyed that I simply asked for those things. After eating and barely getting any coffee or service she asked if these were on separate tickets and I giggled thinking she was kidding and THEN you lashed out at me in front of my friend and other people heard her raise her voice at me and tell me loudly that I had been "rude to her ever since I came in.!" To say I was shocked was an understatement. My friend was shocked and mad too because she had been clearly short with us the whole time. We never asked her for anything but she was so entirely rude and unprofessional and I was appalled. I asked to speak to a manager and she kept confronting me. Mary did come over as she knows me and my friend very well. We're some of her fave customers. I am still upset that I had to go through that and be affected by such meanness out of no reason whatsoever. I've never said a bad word to anyone in public. I've always supported waitstaff and made sure they were appreciated and tipped at least 20%. That waitresses name is Ashley and I never want to experience anything so demeaning ever again.
